Beautiful! And you made it look so simple. Although I am sure it takes a lot of time. I have been looking for a new craft to do for my church's craft fair and I think I have found it. Thanks again.
Brill, love this so much have made a start on one as I watched this earlier so rushed off to find an old book...already done the folding, just need to decorate it now and then find a couple more different size books so I can make a little display of them...might even use them on my Christmas table for the centrepiece...thanks Amanda...xx
Hi Amanda, have just made my Christmas candle (in March he he) but I guess, depending on how you decorate this could be used as a birthday candle too. Thank you again. x
+Scrimpingmommy I have made a few now and have decorated with burlap and ribbon, they look amazing on my mantle piece...thank you for the inspiration, you're a star. x
Great video, just what I've been looking for and very clear instructions. Can you please tell me if you need to glue the front and back pages together to make it hold its shape? Also you mentioned your Facebook page, is there a link to it? Thank you Dru x
sometimes you need to glue the front and back pages and sometimes the sheer thickness of the folds just makes it hold the shape its self honey ... my Facebook link is on my profile page on the header with my photo to the far right is an icon to click, thanks for watching hugs x Amanda
Just adjust it so it does .. there are variables all books are different with different binding and spines etc.. and folds need to be consistent so they are the same or it could be wonky. I honestly have never had one that does not meet up so not sure why yours is not I have to admit x

When I do this with a small book (17 cm) the fold doesn’t work correctly. Is there a minimum height he book should be? Thanks
It should work in principle whatever size the book is ? maybe just adjust the fold so it fits ? x
