I’m honestly starting to think Kourtney may have disordered eating only because most people who eat healthy can have one day off but Kourtney seems legitimately afraid one and two she truly believes that one day one time will honestly damage her and her kids its not really a healthy mindset
When you learn what’s in the candy and snacks you won’t want to eat it either 😂 I rarely eat candy and junk food for that reason.
