I model the mesh then I add a multires modifier, I then sculpt all the details. I can then export two meshes, the low poly mesh and the high poly with multires modifier. I then bake inside Substance Painter. I will make a video soon on how I sculpt and bake without retopologizing.

How do you create a low poly version before baking (please answer, rlly need). Or do you just bake with a subdivided cube with shrinkwrap modif?
