- My life has changed so much since the BMX bicycle accident that paralyzed me. Every day I am faced with challenges some from the simplest daily tasks but I have learned to work through them and do my best to heal and get better so I can get back to my old life. There are so many people that follow my story that are wondering just how I get through my days so I decided to film a Day in the life to show the challenges and the workouts that I take on to get stronger. This has been the hardest part of my life but thanks to everyone's support I am able to get through this!

I find it weird how many Americans drive automatics instead of manuals, here in the UK pretty much everyone drives stick, even old ladies haha
Automatic is better in heavy traffic, other than that it is inferior.
Its not stick dude its where the automatic shifter if in a german car
The automatic shifter is there on most cars actually. I just think it is a stick because Lisa had her hand on it the whole time like somebody who drives a stick.

As someone with a spinal cord injury, I know what you're going through to a point with all the meds and the low blood pressure, etc. I'm so glad you posted this because no one knows what we go through and it's so hard to explain everything. Much love, as always. Also, nice farmers tan 😉.

Thanks guys! I'm permanently paralyzed from the middle of my chest down so there's not much recovery that's going to happen but hey, could be worse! Like Scotty always shows, we should always be positive despite poor hands being dealt sometimes.

the unsung hero is scotty's wife! things seem much better now but i can only imagine what shes been through. when i broke my collar bone from biking my wife had to take care of me and our two boys one of which was only 1 month old so have a general idea of that stress

Sad to see you like this but knowing how far you've come and watching how much you've progressed is very heartwarming. I hope you can get back to atleast just being more self sufficient, I'd love to see you being able to ride again but as of right now I couldnt care less about that, i just want you to be able to do normal things that everyone takes for granted. Just discovered this guy a day ago and I have immense respect for his upbeat attitude. My dad went through a serious injury like this a year ago and he's still trying to gain his mobility back from it. Keeping a positive attitude is the key.

Man, i cannot wait to see Scotty relearn all his tricks from the bottom. He knew how to do all these tricks and we'll get to see him do all of them all over again and all the beginners will be able to learn along side him because he's such an inspiration!

There are some days where I feel so overwhelmed with everything I need to get done and feel that I dont have time to do things that i love to do, but watching your videos and seeing all of your perseverance really gives me the motivation to go out there and power through the things I need to do with a huge smile on my face. I appreciate everything you do for not just your family, but for yourself and your community. dude i just started crying watching how happy you are doing PT despite the condition you were in. I had knee and ankle surgery last April and have been struggling with my knee badly and just life in general. Then here you are just enjoying life to the fullest no matter what. Thx for inspiring.
