@@Shane3Logan That's a difficult one to answer. We're talking about it, however the idea behind this style solution was to remove complexity(and as a result the possibility of miscommunication) during the information handoff between customer and printer and increase efficiency during pre-production.
We were spending SO MUCH time with customers after their order was placed (educating customers, modifying designs, fixing art, trying to get additional info, etc). We built and use this solution to reduce the amount of time we spend working on artwork by 75% (20hrs a day to 4hrs a day)
In the interim we've successfully been able to navigate this by suggesting customers upload single designs that they will need multiple copies of(letting this tool do its thing), then uploading pre-ganged designs for the oddball or multiple design sheets(and in this case letting the customers feature rich graphic design program do what it does best). This allows the shopping cart to act as the culmination of all the designs, simplifying the upload process, and making the pre-production process seamless and fast!
