It still works on Pc as of 8/1/2024. although I don't see the point of doing this instead of Dr. Dre replay gl1tch instead, which gives 1 million and you can do it for 2 times for over 30 mins cool down.

when i try (im on pc) the gta window covers everything I cant access the airplane mode window
You don't need to do the elite challenge, the bug works even if the elite is not completed.
