This was the first album the Heart sisters came out with. Everyone went crazy over the album and the Heart sisters. The radio stations would not stop playing this album. The stores could not keep the album on the shelves. Thanks for sharing this wonderful album with us .
The band Heart was already an established band and at some point Ann Wilson joined the band and about a year or so later Nancy joined the band. After relationship problems with two band members and mgr,the band lost some members leaving Ann and Nancy in charge of the band and they recruited new members which carried them into the 80's.Howard Leese was a longtime guitar player with them.I think he no longer plays with them now.
I may have heard this single back when it came out, but never gave it any thought other than it sounded great. The following year when "Barracuda" was released i was instantly hooked and never forgot it. Still my favourite but has gotten to appreciate the older songs the band did. Sorry to say that back then I had no idea they had other hits prior to "Barracuda".

I loved it when this played then Adam Warlock came in and said "It's Adam Warlocking Time" and then just Adam Warlocked everyone. Truly the scene of all time.
I lived in Iowa in the 2000s. There was a fantastic bar band named Loose Neutral that I saw a lot. Lead singer was 5 foot nothing, 100 lbs in a downpour. But she would sing the absolute shit out of this and Barracuda. Gave me goosebumps listening to her. Thank you Wilsons for your music!
This song is timeless. Listen to it, it is still a great rock song and can compete with the best of them out there today. The guitar, the vocals are amazing and will continue to illuminate it's audiences with----this is how you play rock with enthusiasm.
i don't think many vocalists can compete with ann, lol, and i'm a person who thoroughly despises comparisons and loves modern pop music, but her voice is just f'ing LIT. yah??
I will rock out to Heart for the rest of my life. It was one of my first albums as a kid. My mom got it for me when I was 8 for Christmas. That's the only thing I wanted
Just an absolute musical masterpiece. As a guitar player, I consider this one of the greatest songs in history. 40s-80s music will reappear again and again, over hundreds of years to come. Sadly, it will most likely be in media/commercials/movie soundtracks, not "radio stations". Our generation saw the peak, then death of radio. Internet Killed the Video Star...
@@steveschumacher6202 ummmm, no... radio killed the radio star. 45 years of hearing pink floyd's "money" or "brick in the wall" every-two-frickin-hours, has made me ok with never hearing them ever again, even though they're great songs. same with purple haze or foxey lady, or anything by phil collins, or genesis, elo, or any number of bands that got over played to death on the radio while they ignored lots of great music. fuck the radio. i have music on my phone, i have earbuds, and bluetooth for the car. no djs, no commercials, no billy fucking squier, or bryan adams on endless repeat.
@@cheezyridr you got that repetition because Clear Channel bought most of the radio stations in the US. They narrowed the programming to the lowest common denominator and repeated ad nauseam. No wonder that as technology offered other options of distribution, it was easy for every one to move away from radio. Sadly it now takes more individual effort to find new music.
Heart is one of my all time favorite rock bands. Not only because two of the members are beautiful young women. Ann & Nancy Wilson. But those two beautiful young women both have wonderful, unforgettable, and the most beautiful sounding voices when they sing. And to top it off their sisters. Which makes it even better. But they both can sing like its no ones business. Heart is one of the few female rock bands. If the only female rock band of the 20th century. I think Heart is one of the best rock bands of the 20th century. Not only do I love this song, I love every single song they've wrote and sung.
“He who acts with violence takes the side of those who oppose me!”- Adam Warlock Adam Warlock’s intro in Gaurdians Of the Galaxy Vol 3 is awesome! It’s so cool how James Gunn has brought back timeless music in the MCU.💛💛
My son HATES when I sing this in my high Edith Bunker voice in the car..( Especially when I get to yell "WITH YOUR SWEET BLOWIN LOOOOOVEEEE!!!") between this and Supertramp he can't stand it..I LOVE being a dad! PS I know it's "flowin love" but thats not 1/2 as funny as blowin.
from: DON.S. - That is some funny shit man!!! My parents both did that, and I used to do that to my kids, only I would belt out "OZZY'S Crazy Train", but the best is your "EDITH BUNKER" voice reference, that is friggin' Stella!!! When I really wanted to punish them for fighting in the back seat, I would sing that long-ass kids song I learned in grade school, " I knew an old lady that swallowed a fly, I don't know why she swallowed a fly, I guess she'll die" I would sing the whole song, loud and obnoxious!!! Thanks man, needed that!!! GOD BLESS!!!
Ah... I think it's "sweet FLOWin' love--because his love is the clear running stream which she (the willow) was bent down over... That's at least how I've always understood it. It's a lot cleaner for the kids, too. ;)
The year was 1981. My first husband left me with our three children under age five. Along comes my now current husband of 35 years. This song said it all.
As I'm sure at least a few thousand people would agree with me, Heart with this song is in the top ten Rock Anthems of all time along with Stairway to Heaven
Haven't seen the new Guardians of the Galaxy, but glad they included this incredible song. But it makes me think of the scene in Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle where Kumar dreams about falling in love with the giant bag of weed and eventually becomes an abusive husband to the sobbing weed bag in a pink bathrobe 🤣

No way to breathe easy, no time to be young
But I tell myself that I was doin' all right

And you kept me alive with your sweet flowing love

No way to breathe easy, no time to be young
But I tell myself that I was doin' all right
There's nothin' left to do at night
But go crazy on you
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, oh
My love is the evenin' breeze touchin' your skin
The gentle, sweet singin' of leaves in the wind
The whisper that calls after you in the night
And kisses your ear in the early moonlight
And you don't need to wonder, you're doing fine
My love, the pleasure's mine
Let me go crazy on you
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, oh
Wild man's world is cryin' in pain
What you gonna do when everybody's insane?
So afraid of one who's so afraid of you
What you gonna do?
Ooh, crazy on you
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you
I was a willow last night in a dream
I bent down over a clear running stream
Sang you the song that I heard up above
And you kept me alive with your sweet flowing love
Crazy
Yeah, crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, oh
Crazy on you
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, yeah
Crazy on you
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, oh
Thank You So Very Much
@@auroraborealis13579 You're welcome 😊
These tunes are timeless! It takes me back to the 70's when I was kid and everything was easy carefree. Those Wilson girls are some bad chicks!
I loved it when this played then Adam Warlock came in and said "It's Adam Warlocking Time" and then just Adam Warlocked everyone. Truly the scene of all time.
This is the best fusion of Zeppelin and Yes, I've heard, in that intro.
Is that a Jojo reference?
I put in also jethro tull when they (not here anyway) play flute
@The Nazi Party I just wanted to @theNaziParty
@The Nazi Party fancy seeing you here after all these years
I lived in Iowa in the 2000s.
You're welcome

That lady is a powerhouse on the mic, no joke
This song is timeless. Listen to it, it is still a great rock song and can compete with the best of them out there today. The guitar, the vocals are amazing and will continue to illuminate it's audiences with----this is how you play rock with enthusiasm.
i don't think many vocalists can compete with ann, lol, and i'm a person who thoroughly despises comparisons and loves modern pop music, but her voice is just f'ing LIT. yah??
GotG having a phenomenal taste in music as always
0:37 "Hey, what's that smell?"
"What smell?"
Sniffing intensifies, eyes widen...cue Kumar's dream
Harold And Kumar sniffing the Baby weeds 🤣
My sisters cats are called Harold and Kumar ^^
I knew I had succeeded as a parent when I walked in and heard my teenager listening to this song playing air guitar!
AMEN! Mom and Daughter have good taste!
Yep! Happened to me too! Congrats, mate! Though, my kid actually plays it on a real guitar!
@@russell867 yep used to play it myself. All girl band. Hehe
I will rock out to Heart for the rest of my life. It was one of my first albums as a kid. My mom got it for me when I was 8 for Christmas. That's the only thing I wanted
@@myeshafrasure4404 do you play?
This song couldn’t be played in a better time in life then right now!
Reacher season 2 trailer music to 😎👌
Just an absolute musical masterpiece.
My opinion is 1975-2004
Video got blamed for killing the radio star. Turns out Clear Channel fired a near fatal shot, mp3 finished him off.
Lol do you even look up new artists…you have to find what you want
Great music doesn't have an time limit, expiration date, ext.
It's Simply Timeless 🤯🫡👍
Heart is one of my all time favorite rock bands. Not only because two of the members are beautiful young women. Ann & Nancy Wilson. But those two beautiful young women both have wonderful, unforgettable, and the most beautiful sounding voices when they sing. And to top it off their sisters. Which makes it even better. But they both can sing like its no ones business. Heart is one of the few female rock bands. If the only female rock band of the 20th century. I think Heart is one of the best rock bands of the 20th century. Not only do I love this song, I love every single song they've wrote and sung.
2021 and still hits just as hard as ever 👌
How about now?
@@Toasties. It hits harder

“He who acts with violence takes the side of those who oppose me!”- Adam Warlock
Adam Warlock’s intro in Gaurdians Of the Galaxy Vol 3 is awesome!
You the mvp
from: DON.S.
B H Mch please upload a clip of that for us to see. 😀

Ah... I think it's "sweet FLOWin' love--because his love is the clear running stream which she (the willow) was bent down over... That's at least how I've always understood it. It's a lot cleaner for the kids, too. ;)
No rocker can match Ann Wilson's vocals. Sublime.
Adam Flying to Knoware while this song drops is just fire.
It is so rewarding to hear this music
0:45 Adam Warlock appearance from Guardians of the Galaxy vol 3 brought me here.

In 1976 ,at the age of 19 ,I. bought the album ,'dreamboat Annie '(which this track came from ).Ann and Nancy Wilson voices ? TRULY STUNNING .
Something very dark and haunting about this song.
Time for the golden man to make his grand entrance
The year was 1981. My first husband left me with our three children under age five. Along comes my now current husband of 35 years. This song said it all.

Just realized this has the Jojo outro potential like Roundabout
But even tho didn't happen, still end up being part of a good Adam Warlock meme
Me too
2021 and still having a hard time finding guitar this good.
Adam Warlock appearance
One of the best songs ever. No one has this talent today.
BEST FEMALE ROCK VOCALIST EVER TO HIT THE AIRWAVES .... HANDS DOWN ...... !!!
