A card gets put in the dicard pile when the whole combat is resolved
In the instructions it says if an enemy or villan is made to make a choice just ignore the card effect completely. So Jersey devil wouldn't have done anything when he died
Second page of the big rule book if an enemy is made to make a decision it doesn't and nothing happens effect is ignored
Yup, someone was able to address this a couple minutes after it happened on the stream. We shared this and showed where it is in the book.
Great vid though I just got my pre order copy I the UK and got the promo tokens. Such a great game me and Mrs played the other day with blob and tarantula and the webs and the acid was over whe whole board

Jill would be too strong ranged, she has a lot of strong effects already.
