They’re trying to dupe the Glossier skin tint. It also has 12 shades and the packaging is similar!

@@DannaAnn128 The marketing for the product was generally off. If they had done something interesting with marketing or the fonts on the packaging, i think Gen Z would be all over this one. Cant relate though cause I don’t have flawless skin lol
The glossier tint has less coverage and is wayyy oily in my opinion. This works a lot better
I dont understand why makeup brands that have large shade ranges in one formula arent able to duplicate into other formulas. Honestly, the only revlon products I have tried are their Ultra HD Matte liquid lip colors.
Would you try the L’Oréal Age serum foundation. It’s a glowy dream!!

I think I am going to try this. I work in education, on campus and we have to wear a mask at all times. I typically just use concealer but I have to wear a shield(mask off) when I deliver the lesson and I would like a light coverage atleast. Thanks!

Honestly it feels like a lot of brands lately are coming out with these light coverage foundations/skin tints and using that as an excuse to go back to their old, lousy shade ranges. :/ It bothers me when they'll say that because the coverage is so light it "technically works for 3 skin tones!!" because it never seems to work that way?? Especially if the undertones are bad in the range. :/

I thought the foundation looked beautiful on you. I have a few questions. Do you always take your foundation up to and around your eyes? I thought that was a no no. Also, do you think this foundation would be better suited for mature skin..to hide texture etc since it's not glowy? 😊

It looks beautiful on you! I think I'm gonna pass on this one though because I love my Ilia Skin Serum foundation so much! It sounded like it could've been a good dupe but they do need to work on that shade range most importantly. Thanks for a great review! ❤️
Ilia needs to expand their shade range too cause the formula is soooo pretty I want everyone to be able to try it
Danna Ann Definitely! It'd been awhile since i first tried the Ilia and forgot that their shade range was also limited. I've tried so many other foundations since then. I'm a big advocate for an inclusive shade range because there are so many out there that I can't wear for this reason.

I have EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY dry skin (and mature skin), so I normally tend to stay away from natural/matte complexion products. I LOVE dewy/luminous bases. But, I recently purchased the Weleda Skin Food facial moisturizer, and oh my goodness!!!!!!!! I can legit wear the driest, crustiest foundation and it looks SUPER glowy and beautiful!!! I used to get bummed out because so many foundations/base (complexion) products didn't work for me. But that moisturizer has been a game changer for me. I don't think I could ever be without it. Have you ever tried it? I'm also interested in the Ilia Serum Foundation, but is it picky/finicky like the Kosas oil? I can't use ANYTHING with the Kosas tinted oil without it pilling and looking really yucky on my skin 😒 I absolutely NEED a base product/foundation/bb cream/etc. to work with ALL kinds of moisturizers since I have such dry skin.
I have :) I've mentioned it in several videos. I don't have any issues with Ilia pilling but I always allow my SPF to soak in before immediately going in with foundation

If you have not yet reviewed the Revlon ColorStay in that funny-looking tube please do that alright? It is a sort of a moussy foundation and might be interesting to do!! ( it is supposed to be full coverage not that I like full coverage but I noticed it's very easy to apply). I like the Revlon ColorStay in a glass bottle with a pump-- they have many many shades-- something for everyone-- this is a **light so they're not ever going to expand the shade range because it's extraneous-- it's not a necessary Foundation.

I think it sounds/looks like Mac/ Dior Face and Body founfations? Mac's f&b is my all time fave but yes, I can totally see why this sort of foundation would not be everyone's cup of tea.
I miss the old makeup forever face and body. Even though the smell was cray it looked so good and stayed on so nice and didn't transfer. Now the new one still smelled weird but not as much but it was NOT as good. Same with Mac I think they changed their formula and now I get little bumps all over when I use the new one . I've never tried the Dior one I don't think... does it have fragrance?
I love this foundation. Mine is not tacky at all. But as I’m after a light coverage I see no need to build layers as that defeats the purpose of a light coverage foundation.
Exactly!! It is light coverage and almost all these you tubers complain that it doesn't cover this and that...use a concealer underneath then use the foundation like I do. It looks fine.

The bottle looks suspiciously like Mac face and body. However I've seen two other videos and the people look terrible and it was a total fail. But on you it actually looks good from my viewpoint. The packiging is really retro and not in a good way 😃 it’s not looking the best but the Revlon Candid Glow foundation is actually one of my fav maybe that has a bit more coverage
I couldn't get the Candid Glow to work for me, I tried it several times but it just looked terrible on my skin. I do like the original Candid formula though!
well I love sheer foundations but I got it too light
I think they are just testing out sales with it which is why the shades are so limited. I would rather just stick with the original colorstay foundation

This would work for those with pretty clear skin who like to grab and go with their makeup, run errands, a beach or boat day, etc....the shade range is pathetic for 2020....uuggghhhhh
