Wear Test Update: I love the Too Faced skin tint, it wore great for about 9h and then after blotting it looked great for the rest of the night too. I wore it for 13h and I'm sure this will be a favorite. All the other things wore like expected and I stand by the thoughts I had in the video EXCEPT the Rare Beauty "lip oils". I kinda dislike them. They are not oily, they are not hydrating. They are an actual watery lip tint and I don't understand what the design team was smoking to say these are a lip oil. They are not. They say they include oils but if you look at the actual ingredient deck the two oils are soooooo far down you quite literally cannot detect them in the formula. If you are looking for a hydrating lip oil, these are not it. They dry down and actually made my lips feel dry, so I had to go in with an actual lip oil after about 2-3 hours to hydrate my lips. Not my favorite product from Rare Beauty.
On the Rare beauty lip oil: I’ve read several reviews on Sephora app stating what you just did. I’ve been in the market for “nourishing” lip products for ages and still haven’t found a “holy grail”

For your squeaky chair get a can of WD40 (hardware store or hardware section of U.S. grocery stores will have it). A couple sprays on the squeaky areas will shut that chair right up. Works great on squeaky car doors too. Love the eye look btw!
Those "lip oils" are literally water based lip tint you see from Korean brands. They are not lip oils at all. And these type of products usually dry out lips even more. The stain they left behind settles into your dry patches in your lips, left you with an uneven lip look. I hate these type of products. Thanks for stating it out.
I was SCREAMING at the screen “ANGIE DON’T DO IT” when you were putting on the lip liner. 😂 I have one of those and even though I usually enjoy the feel of plumping products that one was too much even for me. Thank you for taking one for the team to warn others though ❤

Angie, I would have removed that stinkin' lip liner immediately, but I appreciate the pain you put yourself through to test products :-) The Easter traditions are the same, I think, for us non-church goers in the States. We just get together, eat yummy food, and give candy to the kids. It's fun!

I am on spring break this week. We have an Easter dinner and kids usually get an Easter basket filled with candy and treats and there is a traditional Easter egg hunt (some are actual eggs which get deviled later) and some are plastic eggs filled with candy or money. How a family celebrates depends on if the family thinks of Easter as the resurrection of Christ or as a Pagan/Spring holiday. Most blend the two and celebrate spring and the resurrection together. Many Christians do go to church on Easter (Christmas is a big one as well) because it is such an important marker/event to the faith.
This palette looks gorgeous, perfectly suits my makeup style and aesthetic! Oh gosh, now I want it so bad! 😻 Your makeup with those pastels was so pretty!

We just do Easter baskets & brunch on Easter. If it’s nice weather we have a picnic or go on a hike. When my kid was younger we did Easter egg hunts, which is a big thing in the US. Happy Easter!

My favorite lip product is the Too Faced Hangover pillow balm. It smells minty is cooling and even tastes great. I have slept with it on and it's still in place when I wake. I absolutely love it.

I got two of the rare beauty lip oils in Happy and Serenity and really like them. I find they work better with a similar coloured lip liner underneath, which is how I use it. The Too faced skin tint looks lovely

Sometimes at Easter in the UK we have a family meal like roast chicken. We buy kids Easter Eggs or I usually give my niece and nephew money instead. One year they had like 20 eggs each so I was like okay in future you can have money! Growing up my Dad would go to the bakery first thing on Good Friday, like 6am, so we had fresh hot cross buns for breakfast.
in my part of the world, many people do an Easter Brunch at a restaurant. they are often huge, expensive, fancy dos.
I just got the Too faced moisturizing skin tint and I’m in love with it. It evens my skin tone but allows my freckles to still show. It’s the best feeling foundation I’ve ever worn.

I might use the ND pastel and glamlite ice cream to try to recreate something similar for Easter. It looks so pretty. I typically want depth.

I'm so excited to get my game beauty liners in the mail! You make graphic liner look so easy. The whole time, my hand shakes beyond belief 😂😂😂 I'm always so scared of messing up the whole look. For the Rare Beauty, I got the shade Honesty, which works for my fair skin tone and colorful eye looks really well. I agree with you about the taste, except I don't taste bitter, it's more of a cooling menthol taste that when it reaches my throat, coats it weirdly giving me some unpleasantness. And I don't experience any plumping besides the shininess. I don't rub my lips together cause I don't like that slip and slide feeling so I try to not mess with it so it stays in the "gel" consistency that's advertised. Interesting to know everyone's thoughts about the same products and why I enjoy your channel!!!
The Nomad Provence palette would work for this look too - maybe a little more gray/dusty that suits me for sure.
I’m figuring out where to fit a brush set into my April/May budget. I’d get more pleasure out of them than I get from paying for insurance and car repairs, but you know, priorities aren’t always the funnest!

We are having two hunts, one glow in the dark at night for the older kids lol We even have a bounce house & outdoor movie on the projector. So my budget for makeup right now is non existent. ❤😂

We are going to visit family in Austin during Easter. We are planning to go to a nice brunch at a farm just outside of Austin. They have entertainment and activities for kids and a petting zoo. We are not religious either and won’t be going to church. For us it is more a celebration of spring and renewal and not religion. I’m not really bothering with makeup outside of mascara for the most part while I’m on vacation because I am lazy and just don’t want to bother dragging it around with me. I may bring one all in one palette that I’ve had forever from tarte if I have room in my bag.
Totally going to try and recreate this late but I don't have much pastels this palette has every possibility I mean I think I might need this

I'd love to see you use the newest palette by Italian brand Neve Cosmetics! It's a sort of RGB, CMYK plus white pressed pigments palette that's designed to allow you to create just any colour to match your clothes, accessories, or.. your fantasy. I got it but I'm still half-shy with full-on colourful looks and I keep wondering what you'd do with it. Not sure how expensive it would be to buy it from the US though, or if there exist any retailers there 😩 I suppose it would be kinda useless for somebody who has multiple colourful eye palettes, but I feel that's just so creative! Such a nice concept. And they do really mix effortlessly

Love this look. On Easter actually every Sunday we go to church and have dinner with family afterwards. This year instead of the big ham and turkey dinner we are going to have our first big family cookout and egg hunt for the little ones ,even though there is not many young ones any more. 😢

Those lipliners have to be a hard pass for me as I cannot even deal with a bit of uncomfort and from what I can see, you were in so much pain lol. I wish BBB would have released this ginormous palette as 4 9-pans. It breaks up beautifully that way. No way I need a 36-pan palette, no matter how much I love pastels. Completely unnecessary and just _too much._ Fun fact, the denomination of churches I attends was originally a split from the Church of Sweden :) I love Easter for what it represents and I love hearing about other traditions around the holiday.

Happy Easter to you, we hide those little plastic easter eggs for the grandkids, and we hide their baskets as well, sometimes we find the eggs year round because we forgot where we put them lol🫣
I grew up very religious in a Christian community, so we would always go to church on Easter (even if we took a break from going regularly other Sundays). Now, however, I don't go to church because my beliefs have changed as an adult (I still believe in God, but I don't agree with most of what Christianity teaches). Instead, my fiance and I buy a bunch of Easter candy and a small gift or two, fill up an Easter basket for each of us, and dig into that Sunday morning. He has an obsession with Cadbury creme eggs, so this is the best time of year to get them because they go on sale 😂

I love with bronzer that looks a little paint it goes so well with my skin tone like I did natural bronzer really looks natural and I use a pink undertone bronzer looks great 👍
My two favorite face/foundation brushes (I've got some smaller features despite the round cheeks and jawline). e.l.f. Ultimate Blender and ShopMissA (A0A brushes) F5. The elf is smallish and 'just a touch soft' compared to the flattops. The putty primer brushes from elf are also really nice for the primer and the foundation.

How do you style your hair like in this video? It looks amazing, so much volume! I can never do something like that with my hair. Even though it has some curl, but it always is dragged down to lie flat whenever I try to pin it up. What am I missing?
We have very similar taste in makeup and I have been using the new Too Faced Healthy Glow also, but I think you'd really like the Tula Radiant Skin Brightening Serum Skin Tint. I use Natural Beige in the Healthy Glow and shade 05 in the Radiant Skin Tint from Tula. Definitely think you'd enjoy. 💕

Lol. When it comes to lip plumpers, Buxom is my favorite. 😊 I've gone through 2 or 3 of them since finding them a few years ago. I like to put it on before bed too sometimes, after washing my face because it just feels mild and like it's helping my lips.
But I definitely agree that the Too Faced lip injection products burn lol.
