Good advice, but sometimes to get to where you’re going you need to kick in the door other times you just go where you’re welcome. When we build your awesome pro street 34 coupe it’s my goal that every person at Spiritcars can stand back and be proud of what they accomplished. Everyone is motivated differently but anyone who just wants to get by with the minimum is not going to be on my team or get my support. Anyone who wants to put in the effort I will do whatever it takes to equip them. B.C.
quit trying to solve the worlds problems they will still be there when you and i are dead, don't give your time away you know you can't get it back. get in the shop ,clean it up so you can get some work done, forget about you tube,, get the cars done when you tell the people they will be done, and you will find out you don't have to complain about things. i had my own shop for 38 years worked 10 hour days 6 days a week and now go out in my shop by myself and do what i want to do and everyone knows to leave me alone.
I put the time you’re taking about for over 38 years and then stepped away for about 3 years and had to come back to clean up the mess. I don’t know what your exit strategy is but I hope it goes well for you. I will continue to try to solve the problems in my world. Sometimes I think it would be nice if I could just work on one car at a time it sure would have made life easier but this is a culture issue and I have been making videos for a lot of years and think I will continue doing just that for now. We have produced hundreds of cars over the years and are taking the steps to make sure that we will produce hundreds more for years to come. B.C.
