So many promising games announced! so glad to see Doom The Dark Ages will be on gamepass day one, I'm gonna play it straight away. I was blown away by Doom Eternal and looking from Dark Age's trailer, it seems as insane as Eternal. Also Perfect Dark gives off Deus Ex Mankind Divided vibe, really excited to try it out. Mixtape's art direction is super cool and Stalker 2 looks great
I was considering selling my Xbox but stalker 2, perfect dark, Indiana Jones , gears might've changed that. Snake eater will be goty for sure and Mechabreak just wow I thought it was a new zone of enders. Looks amazing
Mecha looks like a Titanfall spiritual successor. I hope it's equally unique and plays well for solo players. That's my big gripe in general, to many great looking games that play very empty unless you have real love teammates.

It's not gonna happen, Gamepass is able to offer a large number of genres because we all technically pay a little bit towards each game in the pass. I'm just getting back into Call of Duty but just as an example, I would remove racing, flying, most rpgs, all the Minecraft Roblox type games. It's sounds rude but they said there won't be any special tier for Call of Duty. The moment you open that door we will lose the best part of gamepass, all the games you end up Loving that you wouldn't have played otherwise. Dead space remake, EA sports, my friend Pedro, Ori, Halo infinite because the multiplayer was free and I would have passed on a fun campaign. Maneater, assassin's creed, I haven't paid fill proce for a game since getting gamepass. I bought red dead 2, cyberpunk, and the last tomb raider and more for less than day one Call of Duty, even if it's multiplayer game I at least save 50%. If Xbox gives us tiers or levels it will inevitably lead to a much less useful app. The low budget gets would disappear first. They aren't full price and if the offer tiers they won't be able to.keep.the whole library as is. Games would be divvied up like TV channels or streaming. Call of duty, halo, God of war and Gears of war? All in separate packages. Same with FIFA Madden the show and NHL, assassins creed and Arkham and shadow of Mordor, all separate. Fallout, Starfield, witcher, cyberpunk, not together either. I care not at all for Diablo which is a huge game too many here but I'll gladly pay my subscription knowing that Nintendo offers nothing like this and PlayStation has a poor poor man's gamepass. Seeing What the alternative is, and even if it would work and save me some $$, I would still miss out on some great games, as well as serious regrets, day one cyberpunk, Arkham "not Batman", suicide squad, and many other bad games are probably more than I pay for gamepass which I share with my son. You can still buy only the games you want, but unless they have some hefty price increases, hard to justify when it's not even an exclusive and they have so far offered nothing EXCEPT gamepass. No special operators, guns, maps, not even timed exclusives!! If we had gotten all that I would say that would justify a price increase, all Xbox owned games are part of gamepass and that has included 2nd and 3rd party exclusives, any price increase would have to be $3 or less a month, otherwise why bother, and for $36 bucks I would probably just buy the game at that point. It's a huge get but it's not exclusive to Microsoft, and it's 1 game a year. If they offer a new tier I'm betting it includes access to "cloud or native" playability of all owned games, a way to download some/all the assets and greatly improve lag which I personally would pay for. I game 50% of the time on my phone and hope a native handheld is coming. Wasn't trying to tell you that you were wrong or anything, just giving a counterpoint because I've had your Idea before and always come away without a better option than current gamepass.
WOW, Age of Mythology. I played the original for hundreds of hours. Playing against other 7 AI opponents, putting them all in one team up against me. Would destroy them all but leave one settlement and couple of citizen alive so I could leave the game overnight and grind the resources into millions of units. Also, loved Rise of Nations and Cossacks series. Also looking forward to Fable, Avowed, maybe I'll try MFS for once? So many good games I look forward to playing and getting 100% achievements on. kDon

This is Xbox’s greatest comeback this generation. And as an Xbox fan, i honestly don’t care about console exclusives, I also play on PC and im glad that Xbox is investing in that platform. As long as games are not locked off from the Xbox platform especially third party games, then Xbox will be fine. The only thing that hurts Xbox is third party games being exclusive to the competition. So i believe Xbox is doing the right thing. Even if 1st party Xbox games will be on other platforms, i dont see any issue with that. In fact this ensures a bigger player base for the game and thus they’re able to fund these franchises while we get them day one in gamepass. It’s certainly a smart move and benefits players and their business at the same time. I dont get why people get mad when a game isnt exclusive.
