The nostalgic passion people have for this game is really amazing. They really do make feel like being a kid again as I was in the 90s . I was born in 87 and I have a pretty fuzzy memory about the tv series. I am certainly not a fan of tmnt but this game just knocks off all the seriousness of my own todays world. I am looking forward to sink hours into it.
Damn, this brings me back to playing Turtles in Time as a kid. They really did a good job of having the nostalgia of the old games with a modern touch.
They have done something magical. They have PERFECTLY spliced TMNT 1, 2,3 & 4 into a neat little package...PLUS added excellent content. Seeing April O'neil kick ass was AWESOME!!!!!!
I just got it! To say this is amazing is an understatement! As a 39 year old gamer, who grew up loving turtles; this is nothing short of pure, pure heaven!

I love how enemies bounce off the edge of the screen and back into play as opposed to the usual mechanic in beat 'em ups where they fly out of view; they could then be charging up an attack and you can't see them doing it. SUPER RAD!
I love that too...make u build up your combo hit count even when they are KO-ed ...lol very funny and fun just like streets of Rage. I can see more DLC for this coming soon
I just started playing this last night after downloading it on Xbox Game Pass. I swear a tear almost came to my eye It was like I was transported back to when I was between 8-10 and playing with my Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle action figures.

This was fun but to be honest, I'm more excited to play the cowabunga collection. Also, it would be cool to see a new animated series with same animation used for the >intro of this game.
If only I could buy the TMNT Tournament Fighters SNES, Turtles in Time, TMNT Arcade game, and Manhattan Project instead of the entire Cowabunga Collection. I only need a few from the collection.

The graphics is amazingly good. The ability to interact with environmental objects also makes it nostalgic.

Great game! Just finished it today with my nephews.1 grew up with my he early 2000’s ninja turtles the other the Nickelodeon turtles(which I love how they made Mikey the youngest with freckles)and we had a good time.Great effort developers and all the voice talent.Just wish 2 things;James Avery could’ve reprised the role of shredder and an updated or inclusion of sewer surf in’ and neon no get riders! A+ for everything even the multi player 6 people WOW!
I really like that they're bringing back the action/beat em up style games because I really enjoyed Streets of Rage 4 and this looks like its going to be a fun title to play.
It's so great to see the 80's toon turtles and company back in action! They're always going to be the REAL turtles to me, and seeing them again makes me realize what all the other versions of the turtles (toons and movies) have been missing: that unique lighthearted personality, perfectly personified by the original voice actors :) ❤️🍕🤟🐢🥷🏻

I really hope that they make a follow up to this game then a follow up to that game and a follow up to every sequel game after this I really love the classic arcade feel and it's really fun and easy to get into really hope there are more to come lol

I like this game...just got today has that nice retro feel and love the cast of characters and combo attack play...BUT I thought the graphics would be better ....and I feel the jump buttons are delayed a bit....idk maybe it's my controller...but overall it's an 8 of 10 for me so far. Hope it gets better as it goes along but for $25 you can't go wrong

Yes it's easy if you're two or more. I completed it all by myself at first....and even then it wasn't as hard as the old NES ones.
