Sadly any other company would do as they're doing as long as the game contains all these biometrics/GPS/world scanning features as mechanics in a Pokémon game (seriously, wtf does it have in common with Poké as a whole?). They're making ridiculous amounts just out of that, imagine counting in-game purchases on top of it.
I wish a more serious company made a game like pokemon go (outdoor/mmo/etc) without pay to win features and good pvp mode! i would actually pay subscription/month if this existed!
Niantic is just a trash company that got lucky with a famous Pokemon brand. The worst part, Niantic does not realize how trash it is, and lives in the illusion that it is successful due to its own efforts.
@@robertolopez1537 They probably aren't shutting it down because it's like their first child and they don't really want to shut it down out of principle, but the player count and profits are probably just as low as the other flops.
Niantic genuinely do not care that these players are quitting. They do not care that their player base is unhappy. I don't believe they will ever put their players' enjoyment above their profits, and it works for them. TrainerTips has a video where he interviewed a Niantic rep who bluntly said they base their decisions off of DATA, and the data shows that players are still spending money. They care more about a new player who buys Go Fest tickets than a player who has been around since day 1 and is growing tired of their greed. Drug dealers don't care for the well-being of those they sell their product to, as long as they get their money. Players are addicted to this game and will continue to spend even when they are unhappy with the game - Niantic knows this and will continue to squeeze every cent out of every player they can in this way.
that's how any internet business works if they are not getting new players and growing they stop getting investments so games tend to focus on getting those new players to keep cash flow coming in. if you want to show them you dont like how the game is going dont spend any money thats the only thing that will make them listen
You can tell how much Brandon really loves and cares about the game and the community. Hopefully Niantic can work on making their game a better experience and show they don’t just care about money, but the communities as well.
You do realize Niantic has only one purpose right? To make money. If they don't make money, their company has no reason to exist. We can argue about how much net profit, salaries/bonuses might be justifiable or fair, but the bottom line is it HAS to be profitable to run those Pokemon Go servers and produce those events and introduce new content. Shit costs money. This isn't some 'no scarcity' utopian world. If people stop spending money in the shop, Pokemon Go will die. Simple as that.
For me foremost amongst the problems is Niantic just cant seem to understand that not all players are in large cities in California. As a rural player and a Canadian I can assure you the chances of large group spontaneously meeting up for a pogo event are 0 or more specifically -20
@@JesusChristIsLordoflords yeah I lost my og acc with joystick I seriously do think a joystick option for rural players with a set limits within their area so you couldnt go ANYWHERE but still way more local like 30-50 radius. would also help save money on gas and let players with no cars also move around bit locally. maybe then the 50 coins a gym would mean something it takes DAYS for someone to knockout my gym.
Yep, all these new bonuses based on large groups raiding/working at a Pokestop do my rural family no good. I can't remember the last Community Day where we found other people playing in person.
I agree with you - if it weren't for the pokemon, I would have quit this game long ago. Additionally, we've heard that Niantic is all about the data collection. Well, that's going to be difficult as more and more players jump ship. Niantic won't make positive changes (if they ever do) until it's too late. Once a critical number of players are gone from a given area, the game is barely playable, and it perpetuates the loses. I know that I have been spending less and usually whatever is the minimum needed to max out a legendary that I want. There's no point in spending money on what is heading to be a dying game.
100%, I dont do the field research that asks me to scan a stop, just feels fishy to me. I also agree with Trolli about putting money into the game being a part of the problem, if we arent happy but still buying coins for whatever need we have in game, we are part of the problem, I am part of the problem, just put 5 bucks in for lucky eggs lol. I just want to hit lvl 40... been playing since release but dont play everyday, though thats changed the last month (the quest to feed your buddy 30 days in a row) think i'm finishing out go fest (august) and then putting it away... its such a ridiculous grind. level 39 and i get about 500 xp per pokemon unless i get a great or excellent throw first throw and first catch, when i need 5 mil xp to level up again lol such a joke, i grinded less playing MMOs
Eventually, they'll "cannibalize" the game in lieu of another asset that they deem more profitable to move forward with. Haven't quite seen this part of the mobile game life cycle since they became increasingly popular this decade, will be interesting to see if they leave the skeleton of the game for diehard fans who built their rosters or if they'll just sack it all.
Putting money into is not the problem, Niantic is a business, it will die without money. The problem is the ego of the elitist players, keeping the status quo is now harder because they have to get real jobs to compete against players spending real money on remote raids. Save your tears Brandon, it’s good for them to quit and spend their competitive energy on making billion dollars instead of billion xp. You cannot retire and grow old comfortably with billions of XP. Time to face reality folks.😁
Niantic is just a trash company that got lucky with a famous Pokemon brand. The worst part, Niantic does not realize how trash it is, and lives in the illusion that it is successful due to its own efforts.
Once you get over the Fear Of Missing Out, having a break from the game is very worthwhile. It is difficult to justify time spent and things you don’t do when you play so much. A break also makes you look forward to having another go down the track
I haven’t bought any coins since December. Being a rural player with the worthless incense makes it less fun. I only remote raid to fill the Pokédex now
Thats one of my biggest flaws when it comes to games especially Pokemon. "Fear Of Missing Out". I can't quit because once I do I know I might not be able to get some of the things that released before like Armored Mewtwo or the Cloned Pokemon and would regret it all the time. Even in the main games all these events that are timegated and then you wont be able to get them again. Sucks.
Finally, it’s about time a big PoGo player like you stands up to tell the truth. Salute to you! Honestly, between with all of the changes they’ve made & the terrible communication after promising to improve, it has made me severely cut my play time in the past month. My current pf definitely hints that I am sick & tired & want change. Incense nerf, 3-hour cdays, ruining weekly bundles, rrp price increase, lowered global Go Fest shiny rates, & more. Most of these changes made with zero notice. I want to feel encouraged to play again. #HearUsNiantic
@@CentrureAstrike Well the lower rates disappoints many especially how they never mentioned it. Some people bought the ticket expecting 20-30 shinies, only to get like 3. How would you feel if that happened to you?
@@TheMithrilGuy I have never bought any ticket to any event, so I wouldn’t be able to put myself in your shoes. But I do understand the pain of not being able to get that many shinies when you were actually supposedly able to.
The only thing stopping me from leaving this game is you and the other content creators, Brandon. Honestly, it's your passion and driving force that motivates me to continue playing with friends, strive for better IVs or better raid attackers or whatever, more stardust, etc. You even encourage me to go to meetups and that. It's not Niantic at all that motivates me, if anything, they do the opposite
Was never really into Pokemon but in 2019 I began an amazing weight loss journey and decided to give Pokemon go a shot so I had something to do on my walks. I was never a big spender on the game maybe 20 bucks here and there. I've worked my way up to level 42 without much help. I'm seriously thinking about quitting. They give you absolutely nothing now. I reach 100 km every week and I swear the rewards are the same for 25 km a couple years ago. I also never get shiny Pokemon anymore. Think I've caught two this spring/summer not counting the mediocre community days. I'm not saying I'm any good at the game but I did use to enjoy and have also put a lot of time and energy into it. I really don't have fun playing the game anymore.
Bruh, im a server and my job consists of walking + I work out. They even took away remote raid passes and its honestly fucked up how many times i had to buy coins just to compete since i joined so late (2019) .
Hi Joseph, I'm really sad to hear that you are not having fun with this game anymore. I applaud you for trying out this game for the sake of your weight loss challenge. I've always said to people that Pokemon Go is a game and if you're not having or enjoying the game then something is clearly wrong and maybe it's time to step back from the game.
I’d actually prefer new legends DON’T rise until Niantic gets their shit together.. new legends rising basically means Niantic is still bringing in their money and getting recognition. I’d rather this company suffer from lack of revenue and game interaction until they realize how badly they’ve messed up, and only then should new legends rise and support Niantic.
If only Niantic cared about any form of criticism. They don’t even care when some of their top players quit. There are still enough players paying endless money for the game. Players that won’t even see this video, other videos, any twitter posts etc. Niantic doesn’t carry the values that contribute to the foundation of Pokémon at all. Pokémon is about fun, community, competion but actually it’s all for free. With Niantic these values are not for free anymore. You have to pay to enjoy the game 100% and you have to pay a lot. I do it myself but muuuuuch less than I did before. I spent 20€ in about 5 months now. Every big game has in game stores where you pay with real money for whatever things but Niantic EXAGGERATES every part of it.
@@Pedaissance exactly, so why are people expecting an emotional conncetion and understanding from a business oriented company? It's crazy, when you don't spend money on the game hardly any of its "issues" are even apparent. Not a perfect game. But it's kind of wild to expect an entire company to feel obligation or attachment to a player base that just bitches and complains.
I swear, so many pogo UA-camrs have made this situation worse. When #hearusniantic happened last year we had a division in pogo youtubers. In my eyes, all the pogo you tubers who continued to spend money (mystic7, JT valor, and a lot more) they showed me that making a profit is more important than the community that supports them. You’re a real one, and I always appreciate your videos and the fact that you use your platform to try and make pogo better.
@@itzsticks0202 i swear you only comment shit thats negative and not entirely true. not the first time i’ve seen your comments. just disagreeing, just so you can heckle others
Thanks @BT91, your honesty was deeply heartfelt. I completely agree with you. I also feel like poke stop nominating has to be done better. Since reaching lvl38, now lvl41 all my nominations have been denied, when similar stops have been accepted. I now only play to hatch eggs and do some raiding that’s about. Now possibly quitting as wall.
I'm sadden to hear that you are thinking of quitting the game but I do understand if you make this choice. This game is meant to be played with friends, forming communities and I do hope Niantic puts in more effort to help with this.
Niantic has been incessantly looking to optimize their cash flow for the game and continue to push their shop. However, the player base like most people, are trying to invest less in non essential purchases. Unfortunately that disconnect makes it frustrating all around. Even without staying up to date with the community's outlook, I've been a free 2 play player for awhile (after their past problems) and will continue to be until major change is made. It's just sad that they're unwilling to budge or base their game development on big picture problems/feedback - they're to blame
Decisions made by niantic are a factor I was thinking about quitting around Deino day. And even now I’m only barely playing as most of my friends play. The decisions made my Niantic have basically been pushing me away. My town barely has any players, I work and my friends I would have to travel either a 40 Minute train journey or to another town out of way and I always am working Saturdays. The remote nerfs and incense nerfs have been too much. I couldn’t do deino day and couldn’t beat the raids, that was the last straw for me until Ive been trying to force myself to play for my friends but the spark is not there for me anymore. Players in towns with less players or rural rely on remotes and invites even on co days. Making them impossible solo or duoable… I honestly an thinking of just playing big events like X tours and go fest and book off and do them with my friend who moved a 40-60 Minute train journey. Niantic are bad developers.
I am glad that you made this video to shine some light on this. and thw choices OG players have made. Once something like this happens, it’s a lot to take in, but one things for sure, and that is that change is needed.
I've been playing every day since November 2016, so I've seen a lot of improvement with the game. However, for me, from what I've seen, the game, or the decisions that Niantic has made, made the game terrible. The incense nerf, the community day time reduction, reducing rare candies from raids, the weekly remote raid pass just to name some of the things Niantic has done this year. I've made many friends and fond memories over the years. But lately, over the last year since January 2021 it's been going down. It's not just what Niantic did this year, but also because spoofers targeted our area since the Kanto Tour last year. The community I was in then has basically quit. They're still playing but we haven't played together since these spoofers started. We tried to report them but Niantic has done nothing about it. We tried to play remotely via remote passes in other areas, but without coins from the gyms, since these spoofers always kicked us out before we got coins, it didn't last long. I quit for a few months earlier this year, came back since this spoofers left us alone for a while, but now I'm questioning that. After coming back it's just not as fun as it was, especially with a non-functioning community that has essentially stopped playing. I'm trying to revive it.
I've been playing for 6 years but nothing like you guys do. I find it's better to put the game down for a while and sometimes I keep my account on what I call life support. I catch a pokemon for the day or do just enough to finish off a new research task and then power it off for the day. My days of dropping piles of cash into the game are long gone when they just moved everything to raids and 'pay for a shiny'. I'm honestly surprised that we were able to wild catch simisear a few weeks ago. My own observation is that the 'good old days' of going out with friends and doing raids are long gone. I met a lot of people and we got to know each other, we've been out to dinners and other non-pokemon related activities. But now everyone has all drifted apart and getting people back together is just impossible. Many people left the area after covid and moved to other parts of the country (US) and it's sad to see. It's good for presents, it's difficult to do remote raids over many different time zones. We used to have maps so we could all coordinate doing raids by Niantic killed off the mappers and so now it's not technically feasible to plan out raids. It's just random driving around looking for raids to do and frankly that sucks. They were supposed to be giving us a raid map application a few years ago but that disappeared into vaporware. I used to be able to go to my local park and I could see the lures all going and I'd run into some players and we became friends, but today? I haven't seen a lure module in months. I lit up the park with lures and no one was there. Just me. I know there are less people playing the game but once the whales leave, the people dropping the cash, then they are going to be done for. But they are also running out of pokemon so they are dribbing and drabbing what's left and unfortunately ticking everyone off with pay to play. I got into the game and what I love is collecting. I'm not a pokemon battler, I just like having a complete pokedex. That's what I love.
idk if it helps at all but you can join a raid anytime online of course you need the remote raid pass but its how me and my lady got moltres! 2 a piece and one of mine was shiny got it without spending a buck but im in the same boat as you... my gyms can get 10 days old before we see any of our free coins.
Hi, I feel you when you said when you dropped lures you're the only one. I experienced that many times and it can be rather a sucky feeling. However we need to understand that after the pandemic, many things has changed including peoples motivation to play this game. For Niantic to make decisions for the game to be played in the current manner, it's a double edged sword as remote raiding is very efficient yet it does not help people to meet up face to face at raids like the old times. Lets just hope something better can happen.
In my opinion anyone who rushed to level 50 when the new levels opened up just validated Niantics decision to be greedy. The level 41-50 requirements were heavy on things you could pay to complete faster, it was a cash grab from those who are addicted to the game and many players gladly opened their wallets to justify Niantics decision.
Ikr free to play all the way didn’t even wana buy the go passes they were soo expensive / when ppl are being given money away by the govt. you can overlook tossing a little money away but bianitic should have made the go passes cheaper I feel ripped off about the go passes this year won’t be doing it next year
But you know there's not any advantage of being level 50 over 40. You can max out pokemon to level 50 when you are level 40....its just a status ordeal. But yes Niantic is most certainly greedy. Beyond belief.
I agree. People burn themselves out so quick and when they have nothing left to do they just complain and get salty🙄 I’m enjoying getting there at my pace and still enjoying the game. Sure this game has its issues but I’m making the choice to keep playing and if I spend or not.
A company has to be profitable to continue providing content. The problem is they don't spend the money we give them wisely like fixing GBL bugs, enhancing raid experience, enhancing the game itself, better rewards from paid quests, better events, etc... I for myself rushed to 50, but didn't spend much on the quests since I already had the XP for 50 when it was released. I just grinded the tasks daily.
Tbh, I haven't played PoGo much recently since Deino cday. There's not much worth looking forward to anymore right now. There are so many shinies, so many megas still unreleased, and Niantic refuses to give us new content without paywalling it.
I hope more youtubers make these videos let niantic see what's going on let them listen to you guys and us as pokemon go players to see there is a real problem happening
I was on my 3rd level up with Dubryn, very sad those guys felt they had to quit, thanks to him I was able to raid with you and some other big names in the community
Thank you for sharing! I honeslty hope that Niantic one day wakes up... They can't be this ignorant. I speak from business bacground as an executive of a multi million dollar company prior to Pokemon Go content creation. I have offered numerous time to help and even applied for jobs at Niantic to try to help out... They never responded. I have never in my life applied for a job before... That is how important Pokemon is to me.
Brandon Thanks for this content. Thanks for your honesty and positivity. You have also made a huge impact on others players. You are making choices that will enable you to have healthy relationships AND keep playing Pokemon Go. Hope to see you again at another Go Fest in the future.
The scariest part is when this game shuts down it's gonna be expensive as hell to get all our shiny pokemon into home, Niantic will want and sadly get the last laugh. I don't think the writing is on the wall yet, But sometimes It feels like it... I just wish they can release more pokemon, not just shinies. I get it they are tying to keep the game going, but every few events releasing like 1 new Pokémon and 1 new shiny "if you are lucky!" Sometimes this game just feels like a waiting game... Like where are all the cool Mega pokemon like the iconic Lucario? How about mega Tyranitar and Gardevoir? And of course Mewtwo lol- They just keep reusing the mega kanto starters and gengar over and over it feels. I am glad they finally made the mega system better to use at least... Makes you wonder how old you will be when Niantic finally got all the Pokémon from gen 1 - 8 in this game already.
Right? The data that has been mined for mega evoloutions is disappointing because the non included pokes make up about a third of all mega evolution data. Why can’t they be all simultaneously released?
@@edyeee2143 I was hoping at least once a month lol. But I guess since Game Freak doesn't seem interested in making new mega evos anytime soon I guess Niantic wants to keep the game alive and is very hesitant on releasing them now.
I agree about adding more Pokemon for the Pokédex rather than recycling Mega’s or adding shinies one by one! Honestly, I hate all the costume Pokemon too. Why are we getting yet another Pikachu with a hat but no Kecleon or Zorua? 🙄
Thanks for putting this out. We can see how emotional this is for you. Please keep your head up, we greatly enjoy watching and learning for you. This game would not be as enjoyable without the content creators sharing their knowledge, tips, and joy for the game. The new focus you have with Princess bringing her along, has been refreshing. I enjoy watching you both very much. Please keep up with your excellent content!
I've been playing Pokemon Go for about the same amount of time I've been playing Pokemon Unite.. and it's really interesting to see the same complaints from both communities about ignoring the player base and focusing on updates they can monetize. They come up with this high retention idea in either game example, and follow it up with disappointment after disappointment .
I feel your pain man. It's easy for a random to be like "why do you care so much its just a game". Man the memories and friends I have made playing this game. Seeing it on the decline makes my heart heavy too. I really hope they can bounce back and realize how gamers should be treated. I struggle often with how much I spend. Questioning if its worthit. And then I attend a huge event, like go fest or a super populated park on com day. And it re-fuels the fire in my heart for this game. I have never gone to an event and not had some of the best days of my life. I think Pokemon is a huge factor for this game, but the thing I enjoy most. I always leave with memories and lots of laughter and good times. I really hope POGO is here for a majority of the rest of my life because it is such a great way for an introvert like myself to connect with strangers and make new friends.
As a casual player of slightly under a year I’ve enjoyed the game. Some things are a let down with the free weekly box and weekly reward Pokémon but I’ve really enjoyed the game. I don’t pay to play and I am currently level 39. While the games not perfect I still enjoy it. I think many are burnt out which is fine. Take a break. If it calls you back one day then by all means.
It’s the people who burn themselves out and spend thousands of dollars on the game that think their opinion matters when they say why they’re quitting. A handful of “big” players quit yet there are so many other influencers who are still active and put out entertaining content. Still super enjoyable for me and I took a long break before. Don’t forget also that this guy Brandon exploited the community for his “shiny/legendary” raid service. Charging an absolutely insane amount to catch legendaries and raid for people. Got banned and cried about it in videos.
@@2ko49 LOL LITERALLY THE BEST COMMENT I READ SO FAR. Yes the problem lies with those heavy grinders and huge whale spenders of money in the game. They are exausted, they are completely burnt out after earning 10 TRILLION XP, now they are taking a break and creating a scene for getting more publicity. Eventually all those heavy grinders once again comes back to the game once Niantic launches level 60 and start praising. Lolll what a world we are living in 😂😂😂
BrandonTan91 you are such a great role model, I really think the two brothers story is one of its own unique taste. When remotes came along and xp was reworked it really made the grind a little less harder. But by saying that it ruined the success of others who really worked for it.
Mr. Tan, you make very good videos! LuigiKingKing and I (GoGoSonicDashCn) will take a break from the Go Battle League for a week. We are around Ace Rank and we like playing the Great League, leagues like Halloween Cup, the Master League Classic and the Master League Premier Cup. We might raid Dialga a few times but we have been happy raiding MewTwo, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres with 1 or more players (3 or more players in total). We have played some remote raids but there have not been many invitations lately. Yesterday we raided in Singapore with 2 other players in Singapore. Have a really nice day everyone everywhere!
Thank you! Mr. Tan you make very good videos. I am back to about 2000 in ranking (I have Ace Rank) in the Go Battle League. I lost more than 100 points using a 3-star Shadow Staraptor and a 98% IV Staraptor. Yes I will take a break from the Go Battle League for a week. Have a really nice day everyone everywhere!
Awe, that was so sad. I'm sorry for how badly you're feeling, Brandon. I wish Niantic would do better too. If this game was about anything else besides Pokemon, I wouldn't have even started playing it. Like many players, I just love Pokemon. It's to bad Niantic can't understand this. Stay strong, and remember, this is how many of us would feel if you quite. No pressure, just saying.
I really don't understand what person thought increasing the price of the rrp bundle was a good idea, it's incredibly stupid! The bundle was there to offer a better deal. You could buy three remote raid passes for 250 PokeCoins (you'd save 50 coins). Now the bundle is the same price as buying three passes. It's only useful now if you are trying to save the miniscule seconds it takes to click and buy a pass. I've been a F2P player since I started in December 2019. If this becomes like EA sports where even the basics cost money, say goodbye to my level 38 account.
I just stopped playing pokemon go too and just gifted my accounts to a friend who still plays I am just tired as a player and nowadays also as game dev myself of niantics BS it just sucks how much potential are thrown away for being greedy, instead of trying to make the community happy, which would lead to more money automatically
Unfortunately, this is the problem of society today, most gaming developers or publishers only want to make a quick profit and no longer value gaming fun and friendships, more and more the gaming industry is being ruined by greedy companies that are only out to get the players to exploit. But cheer up as long as there are people like you I still see hope for our hobby you are a good one❤️ Greetings from Germany👋🏼
Gotta say, after moving to the US from Hong Kong, I’ve drastically stopped playing. There’s an incredible difference in spawns and stops. Rather than fairness like niantic brags about, niantic goes by the density of population a city has.
After them quitting I wondered if I would continue too. Niantic wants us to walk more and I can’t walk much due to fibromyalgia. Incense is not as effective as before, I could use it at home, I can’t now 🥺
Niantic is killing the game by phasing out rrp, for us people with few stops and gyms in remote areas and exams to qualify to even suggest a stop or gym in our community. Hard timesheet, more games may be interesting. I miss DOTA

i genuinely think what’s boring to me is the fact that the same legendaries are in rotation for the 10th time and back in 2018-2020 we always had new exciting legendaries not stuff like the tapus who are completely useless and can’t be shiny
@@Extiven same i didn’t play 2021 but 2020 was my grind season and now i’m back on the game but i feel like raids is that missing piece for me because i don’t feel excited for anything at this point. back in the day doing just a single 5 star was so hype but now it’s kind of eh especially since the community around me stopped playing

Same I used to love this game it everything became so difficult all my friends started spoofing to keep up while I just gave up. Missed the zigzagzoon community day and overall just feel like I don’t want to play anymore
I quit 2 weeks ago. The game was Pay to Play, not even pay to win. Plane tickets, event tickets (25$) and all of that, with spoofing being banned. Completely understand their POV.
PoGo should have never been monetised from the start. If it was other small franchise, I can at least empathise and say they need resources. But this is Pokemon, we're talking about one of, or possibly the BIGGEST game franchise in HUMAN HISTORY. They definitely have room for cutting down on monetization. I'd even compromise on that. But when will Niantic retract on Monetization, we may never know.
@@Jaronite Exactly. Pokemon used to be fun in 2016-2021 and then game just got P2W. Can’t play a full event without paying $10. Even community day research costs $1. This is why I quit.
Bro, it's a game which will only survive as long as it makes a profit, the minute it becomes economically unviable they'll take it down and everyones achievements will be no more than a screenshot an a memory. It's bizzare to waste time and money on something you don't actually own, and that can be taken away in the blink of an eye. It's like renting, only without any logical reason or need.
Unfortunately, that guy is right. Every time we give Niantic a dime we are part of the problem. When we give them our money we are telling them we are happy with how they handle the game. I’m guilty of it, but I realize that unless I go totally FTP I’m part of the problem.
No, he's not right. He has issues with a game and makes an attempt to "shame" someone who still likes the games and spends money on it. People who post comments like that, should be ignored. No value to that opinion. Never heard about the guy, him leaving doesn't affect my game at all. Who cares ? People quit games all the time.
@@Arnold_808 All I know about his comment is what I saw in the video but I don’t think he’s shaming people who still like the game and spend money on it. I think it was targeted at people who complain about Niantic and their decisions but then still drop a lot of money on it at the same time.

I think a lot of complains are invalid because a lot (really a lot) basically want the main series features to the mobile game, or want the pandemic features back - which wouldn't make sense as Niantic present themselves as a location data gatherer. That's not going to happen - They are better off playing the main series with GameFreak/Nintendo controlling that.
I don't know why but when I think of the offices at Niantic, my mind pictures five guys sitting around a dirty office throwing darts as they brainstorm about how they can piss off their players.
Brandon-you know just as well what's going on. Top tier players, like this guy from Europe you are referencing, myself, and probably many thousands of other hardcore players, are losing their accounts.... Many hardcore players, using Alt accounts to coordinate raids and help grow their community, are slammed down by Niantics new "anti cheat"... Were we hurting the game? No. I kept my entire community alive (not a huge city) by coordinating raids with Alt accounts and devices, I helped people get things they wanted... 6 years... Niantic decided after 6 years to leave detection on so it's a constant roll of bans, why didn't they end this in 2016? It's not hard, and they know that. People who believe devs are working on avoiding Niantics detection, haven't a clue what they are saying, there is no evading it....
I was planning on aiming for level 50 before, but after struggling to enjoy the GoFests on top of the community days (I work as a manager, I have to work weekends) I just can't do it. There's no flexibility for me, where every other cellphone game is just "Play at your own pace," Niantic might as well say "Don't want this limited time thing? Fine, enjoy regretting not spending money on it. Also make more friends lol." I've tried to make IRL friends with this stupid game, it barely ever happens!! God this game is the worst, I just wanted to be rewarded with mythicals I could use in my main games, but I can't even be allowed to do that...
if it wasn't for GO Battle League, there just isn't much to *do* in the game right now. Unless there is a global event like GO Fest or a particularly good event, there's just no content to really play outside of your daily spin and maybe the daily Raid Pass. The other issue is the new CEO and his vision for the game which has some good, but mostly bad implications. He wants the old Pokemon GO from 2016 to 2017 to return, but he doesn't want to change the elements that have changed since 2017. Stuff like FOMO or content being event-focused weren't a thing in those times, so his vision is flawed to begin with. He essentially wants the in-person elements and hype to return, but he doesn't want to make the changes into the core gameplay loop that would allow it.
Gbl has been broken and horrible for years now .. it’s literally the only thing keeping the game alive and they refuse to fix anything about it .. you have games like apex , Fortnite , cod mobile that are mobile games and yet are so much more complex and yet their severs are damn near perfect but for GBL a game that’s just tapping on the screen they have horrible severs makes no sense
One thing I think Niantic can do which would help to boost FTP players and remote players is have it so you can claim your 50 coins a day from gyms instead of waiting for your Pokémon for days to be knocked out, obviously let’s be real this wouldn’t happen but it would be a great introduction ( can’t remember if this was in the game before the gym rework).
@@monttyy4879 yeah I agree, but I feel like I’m reality it would mean more people would enjoy playing the game and they would play it more often. Gyms would actually be used by people again and overall a larger player base means larger profits. I think the people who spend money on the game would continue spending money because they want maxed out lvl50 hundo legendarys from raids if you get me
@@Mavd-mk9iq agreed, I hate the fact all my Pokémon get kicked out of the gym on the same day and lose out on like 200 coins because I’ve already reached my limit.
I don't know if I've yet commented on any of your videos, but here we go. I enjoy your content, and the achievements you've amassed. A wise, young Valedictorian recently noted that he was so happy when he earned that title, for about 16 seconds, and in the 17th second he was already thinking, "That's it? I sacrificed my friendships and relationship for this?" If it motivates you, feel free to keep going. There are plenty of things to do as a Free-To-Play (or nearly free-to-play) trainer, and I hope more people can slow down enough to enjoy each other's talents, teach others, and appreciate what they've already achieved. Thank you for this important video. I applaud your content, your achievements, and especially your focus on community in the areas you visit. Best wishes, sir, now and always.
Hi David, the friendship and relationship formed in this game is more important than any in-game stats or achievement. Sometimes it's nice to slow down and hang out with friends instead.
Hello from Copenhagen, Denmark! I am not a top or even hardcore player (as I just came back from a break of several years), though I played hard in the beginning and did Legendary raids all day long when they first launched. So if you need someone to show you around a bit when you get here, I am sure we are many who would! If nothing else, I would love to meet you, your enthusiasm for the game has really helped rekindle mine!
Brandon I am so very sorry 🥺 I can understand why why it took you so long to make this video and I started crying with you more than once. this video broke my heart...why can't Niantic see they are driving players AWAY? as much as Niantic mismanages their company pokemon is what we all show up for...we just have to keep remembering that I guess. thank you for all that you do for us ☺️
I moved to the country and have had to quit There’s nothing here. Incense don’t work now . It’s sad I loved the game! Thousands and thousands of dollars invested 6 years as well 😢 broke my heart
Niantic drives me nuts. I go hard on the game solely for the purpose of the go battle league. I love to battle but there is clearly an algorithm it does not matter which team combination you choose at certain times which is pretty often they will pair you against unwinnable odds. It is extremely frustrating and I have quit the game many times and I always come back when I know I should just quit and not play anymore ever again. 😞
You need to understand that you can't win all of the time in Go Battle League. Brandon Tan is an evil communist who licks XI Jinping's shoes on a daily basis and he sold Mewtwo to people until Niantic shut him down and banned him for a month. You should think real hard and ask yourself "Is this guy I want to watch/listen to for Pokemon Go?"
@@anthonykarem5332 i go based on my experience not his. I understand i cant win them all and when people beat me fairly its not a problem but when there is clearly an agenda and an algorithm to force you to lose its very annoying and who cares if he sold mew twos? The people who bought them were probably very happy they had the opportunity to get them. Capitalizing on something he invests a ton of time and money into is not evil. You need to grow up and look in the mirror we all do things we shouldnt.
@@m4assassin976 It is evil since it is against terms of service. Tan had no right to capitalize on Pokemon Go and he did it anyways. Niantic rightfully banned him and just b/c you invest alot of time/money into anything does not automatically give you the right to capitalize on anything especially if it is against TOS. You need to read a book and understand how the world works before you go and lecture others. Not to mention the whole Tan being an evil communist thing who is trying to help Xi Jinping and Valdimir Putin conquer the world.
@@anthonykarem5332 bro your out of your mind. I have no idea what your talking about. This dude plays pokemon go for a living he isnt a political leader or a soldier. Grow up. And yea you do capitalize on anything you can just like pokemon go cheats in pvp to get you to spend more money thats illegal as well! why should we follow the terms pf service when they are not honest about there game???????
@@m4assassin976 Niantic is actually very honest about their game and they have not lied once about their game in six years. Unlike Vladimir Putin and XI Jinping who have killed and destroyed countless lives in their never-ending pursuit of power. An example is when Putin lied about his positioning of troops saying that it was a "military operation" but it turned out to be an invasion of Ukraine and he is best buddies with Xi Jinping who unleashed Covid onto the world intentionally. Jinping realized that he would not be able to contain Covid-19 and that it would destroy his economy. So, he figured that he would send many people with the virus into other countries to spread the virus and have it devastate many other countries and destroy countless lives.
Niantic just needs to sell off their Pokemon-related assets to an actual, REAL game developer...this company has become a huge disappointment to the Pokemon community and WE deserve better
It’s an app on a mobile phone that they’ve been grinding non stop for 6 years. Surprised they lasted this long tbh. It’s inevitable that more people will quit the game as time passes.
I know this had to be a hard video to make. And thank you for doing it. I agree with you and so many others. I am playing this game for Pokémon, not niantic. If it wasn’t for my love of Pokémon I would have quit already. I do hope that niantic will wake up and start listening to the community. I understand they are a business and need to make money. But we all know that these issues are not made out of making enough to keep going and make a profit. But from the greed of soaring profits at the cost of their community. They seem to have been caught in the same traps as other corporations. The trap of profits over people. Believing that no matter what there will always be someone to play and pay. They may be right. But they will continue to lose their humanity, and their most loyal players.
I started playing the game again after 6 years and fell in love with it, but after 3 weeks now I’m already bored. I have to spend too much money on raids and the amount of pokestops in my area compared to other places is just horrible. It’ll never be fair to play
The lack of new moves in GBL, the removal of premier classic leagues, the lack of sensible nerfs to broken Pokemon, and TERRIBLE move implantations (walrein, registeel) have made me quit playing GBL. Gbl was the reason I began playing pogo so who knows how long I’ll keep playing
I have a total different feeling about Walrein CD. For me , it's exactly what i am looking for a CD's move. this pokemon was a very low rank and his CD move made him to shine and change the meta of the Battle league, so made the ludic change to give a new interest to the next seasons. it's the same for Registeel. He was less efficient but this exclusive move when he came back in raid last time change again the meta of pvp. To my point of view. it's exactly what i am waiting for an exclusive move in raid or CD. a New change in the meta in pvp/pve. The worst CD , for my POV, is Duskull or starly. their moves are good , but that change not the fact that they could not really shine and became usefull as Walrein or Registeel became in pvp. (or hydreigon in pvp/pve). It will be very difficult (impossible ?) to content everyone. proove of your feeling about these exclusive move about battle league and my opinion.
I hate Stunfisks, they're so annoying. They get they're special quick and it does a lot of damage and then they take hardly any damage and do decent damage
Man, you were in tears😢 while talking in this video. Those 2 brothers who quit did grind hard of xp before remote raid pass was introduced. And later rich players bought unlimited raid pass to reach the level of those brothers. It must have even frustrating 😤. I hope ownership of PoGo shifts from Niantic to some decent company. 😑
@@jaylofasho but with highly unrealistic expectations. one free raid pass a day? pokeshop too expensive,1 dollar is 100 pokecoins is just one raid pass and you can get only up to 50 pokecoins a day. f2p players like me or rural players just cannot get legendaries up to level 50 or even 40. game is too expensive allt ehy want is money, at least make the pokeshop a bit cheaper and more realistic #HearUsNiantic
A game that since launching 6 years has the exact same way of gaining currency and that has never even increased the amount you can gain, is self explanatory. It's ridiculous that by this time you cannot earn more coins with so many stuff they included, and the stardust cost are just ridiculous. People prefer to collect dust instead of spending them because of the grind it requires, then what's the point? They have not included new balls, they have not included stones to properly evolve Eevees, and the gameplay is still barebones. I only play because I like my shinies and it's the only app that can allow you to photograph Pokemon in the real world. That is cool, but really Niantic is killing it's own game. Spoofing apps have included more quality of life changes than the legit app.
Me and my father began playing the game early 2020 pre pandemic, although the game was hellish to play throughout lockdown, ya know because the game involves going outside, it helped assist in getting control of my father's anxiety. We still play the game, rarely ever put money into the game, it's just something that helps us get out and with the limited time I have with him before going to Uni in the coming year. I appreciate the game but not the developers. The game's community >> Niantic
Niantic has bought the top Pogo UA-camrs as well. All I see from them is now they going to every single go fest and being sponsored by Niantic. I’m mainly upset that Billy is also now one of them
I’m close to quitting. Xl candy (although it has improved) is such an annoying grind. Not sure why the cost has to be so high. Heck I feel like I’ll never power up a legendary to level 50 without spending so much money.
@@kewlaldo10 Yes grinding for candies (especially XL) used to be fun but became more time consuming and stressful for me too as time went. I hope we can all find something else in life to spend time on that we enjoy more :)
And lastly mad props to you Brando, you can't compare yourself to these players because you have your heart in this game and this community. They are numbers players looking to break records and now that they've done what they have there's nothing to keep them interested and Niantic can't do anything about that other than releasing level 60.
I hate Niantic. I'm disabled and when they nerfed the incense, it made it so hard to play. I don't like spoofing but they gave me no choice. Now I have a 30 day suspension. Pogo is not fair for everyone. Exercising the brain is as important as exercising the body #HearUsNiantic
I have raided with the brothers, even when they invited you Brandon to the raid. Yes i did fan boy over it 😂 Have had them to best Friends 3 or 4 times. The communication with them on twitter is amazing, they always answer, always polite. Their legacy will stay, they will be missed. But not forgotten.
Hmm.... I can feel that silent. Even i didn't play today's Spotlight. It's not because I'm bored but it's bad weather and pandemic ban on particular public places and locations. Ya there's nothing new but a campfire hype that sits like a unwanted app on my phone that i just uninstalled before watching this video. Pokémon spawn on wild is also very very low now days. That's why i have decided to stay but play just casually and don't pay to play and don't push myself physically so that i get myself frustrated of catching only few pokémon after walking 10 km to 20 km. Good topic bt91 and thanks for being honest and bold.
I havent watched video yet, but I love that You havent been bought by Niantic like other UA-camrs and You are telling the TRUE. I wish You all the best! And US the players, wish better game developer!! #HearUsPokemonCompany
Another 6 year player myself, I have also stopped spending and playing so much. In fact Pikmin is now a better walking companion as Pokémon involves more standing around than walking these days!
I would argue other top players that if it wasn’t for it being their job they would have quit too. Pokémon was loved globally by so many for two decades or so before PoGo was released. This game had such high ceiling of being good and beyond good. Sadly I don’t think it’ll ever come to that. Please Niantic wake up before Go was is lost for good.
I have been playing since the beginning. However, I find myself not wanting to play much any longer because of the following: 1. Crappy rural shiny rate and crappy shiny rate in general… I go months without shiny except CD 2. CD has been terrible as of late with crappy shiny rates 3. Global go fest was a disaster 4. Egg shiny rate is terrible 5. Incense sucks the way it works 6. Remote raid passes cost more and are not as efficient 7. Odd for legendary shiny seem much worse costing more passes 8. Events with new shiny releases the odds are terrible There is more but it is getting to the point I am losing interest
the bad thing about competitive battles is that you can waste the opponent's shield byb using weak charged attacks that can be spammed in a short period of time. to fix this, they should change the usage of shield into a gauge, and the amount reduced in the gauge is proportionate to the damage of the charged attack. that way, multiple weak charged attacks won't be more effective than a powerful single charged attack.
Keep your hopes high. Eventually everyone will come back to the game when they decide to listen, as this game can still be one of the best games ever for years to come
I can’t believe my one single hundo legendary (Azelf) is one of the few that Brandon doesn’t have 😜 the more you know! On a different note, thank you for the more somber discussion in this video and sharing your opinions, I hope Niantic listens earnestly to this sort of feedback
It would be a minor miracle for them to actually listen for even a second. I can't even get wayspots to sync and they never retroactively sync them for the days their system is malfunctioning.
I am not a top player... but it has been 6 years doing the same thing: throw a ball at a Pokemon, not much skill, pure luck, and to find out whether it is shiny... well, you see some Pokemon on the street and you should be able to see whether it is shiny or not... no no no you can to tap on it... wasting time... raiding the same Raid Boss for so long... nothing new... they set the rules to play us... monetize us... so I am not sure if I am playing the game or is the game playing me
It’s not Niantic that’s making Pokémon GO popular, it’s the POKÉMON. Any other company can take over Niantic.
These are wise words of wisdom, legend
Niantic developed many other AR games and all of them flopped. The only reason Pokemon Go is succesful is because of Pokemon.
EXACTLY 💯
I wish a more serious company made a game like pokemon go (outdoor/mmo/etc) without pay to win features and good pvp mode! i would actually pay subscription/month if this existed!

Waw what a suprise right?

Very interesting analogy and I fully get your point.
Warnke needs to be prosecuted for fraud.
You can tell how much Brandon really loves and cares about the game and the community. Hopefully Niantic can work on making their game a better experience and show they don’t just care about money, but the communities as well.
i really hope that
Unfortunate they won’t, its a busy that Niantic needs to make their ppl happy!!
Not happening, that’s the issue with these big companies that never get fixed as long as the money keeps coming in
I'm waiting for this to happen for 6 years
You do realize Niantic has only one purpose right?
Yes!
Hi Steve, Pokemon Go was never fair because it heavily dependent on your playground
@@kalebuck3282 That goes against the core aspect of the game. You go out to catch pokemon, why would a joystick be a good idea?

Once you get over the Fear Of Missing Out, having a break from the game is very worthwhile. It is difficult to justify time spent and things you don’t do when you play so much. A break also makes you look forward to having another go down the track

One day at a time BT. While we will hear legends leave, we may hear new legends rise. But its true that Niantic really needs to listen to its fan base

Im really gettin Goosebumps seeing u reading and speaking, its so sad :c
but im sure there will be better times for us and Niantic c:
Decisions made by niantic are a factor I was thinking about quitting around Deino day. And even now I’m only barely playing as most of my friends play.
The decisions made my Niantic have basically been pushing me away. My town barely has any players, I work and my friends I would have to travel either a 40
Minute train journey or to another town out of way and I always am working Saturdays.
Making them impossible solo or duoable…
I honestly an thinking of just playing big events like X tours and go fest and book off and do them with my friend who moved a 40-60 Minute train journey.
I agree. People burn themselves out so quick and when they have nothing left to do they just complain and get salty🙄
I’m enjoying getting there at my pace and still enjoying the game. Sure this game has its issues but I’m making the choice to keep playing and if I spend or not.
@@m_sorcerer04 I totally agree. That guy trainer tips even said that, he was like what do people like me who have hit level 50 have to look forward to
A company has to be profitable to continue providing content.
If you think Niantic will listen, you might be new to gaming.
Hope to see you at the next Go Fest too
The scariest part is when this game shuts down it's gonna be expensive as hell to get all our shiny pokemon into home, Niantic will want and sadly get the last laugh.
I don't think the writing is on the wall yet, But sometimes It feels like it...
I just wish they can release more pokemon, not just shinies. I get it they are tying to keep the game going, but every few events releasing like 1 new Pokémon and 1 new shiny "if you are lucky!"
Sometimes this game just feels like a waiting game...
Like where are all the cool Mega pokemon like the iconic Lucario?
How about mega Tyranitar and Gardevoir?
And of course Mewtwo lol-
They just keep reusing the mega kanto starters and gengar over and over it feels.
The problem with that is they would run out of pokemon in like a year
I agree about adding more Pokemon for the Pokédex rather than recycling Mega’s or adding shinies one by one!
Nice video explanation, Brandon.
Bad Decisions have it's own consequences including hardcore players (that Love the game) quitting.
Sad to say but what you're saying ias totally true
I've been playing Pokemon Go for about the same amount of time I've been playing Pokemon Unite.. and it's really interesting to see the same complaints from both communities about ignoring the player base and focusing on updates they can monetize. They come up with this high retention idea in either game example, and follow it up with disappointment after disappointment .
But i think the Pokemon unite community is listened to more, with more updates and balances regularly.
Can someone give me specific examples of how Niantic are screwing the fanbase? Im kinda outta the loop
@@Charzhino well the most recent controversy is that they have made remote raid passes more expensive, and have removed them from the weekly box,
@@dmacg5520 o yeh i noticed they removed the 1 coin weekly remote pass, i used to love that haha. Thats so cheap by niantic
@@Charzhino ya they also removed the 3 remote raid passes for 250, so there’s no more discount, niantic does these things with no announcements
I've been a day 1 player and recently been getting mor and more unmotivated to play and Niantic and there decisions are a big factor .

What's even sadder is that to be a so called "top" player its mostly about money, not having a job and giving your life away.
I love you Brandon!!
I have the same feeling with money when I see all those crazy XL pokemons.
I just stopped playing pokemon go too and just gifted my accounts to a friend who still plays
I am just tired as a player and nowadays also as game dev myself of niantics BS
it just sucks how much potential are thrown away for being greedy, instead of trying to make the community happy, which would lead to more money automatically
Unfortunately, this is the problem of society today, most gaming developers or publishers only want to make a quick profit and no longer value gaming fun and friendships, more and more the gaming industry is being ruined by greedy companies that are only out to get the players to exploit. But cheer up as long as there are people like you I still see hope for our hobby you are a good one❤️
Greetings from Germany👋🏼
I miss DOTA
This year Go Fest is prime example, Niantic hype it up but it did not deliver!
I don’t want this game to go anywhere I just hope everyone can stay the course be positive and continue to make the best out of all things not just our beloved game
I really hope we can come together on this
I just got into this game in January after being a casual in 2016
Pls guys I just fell back in love
Can we try one more time to make the game great again
We can, we just have to convince Mr. Nerfantic to fix the game & be about us (the players) instead of having money purely as their diet
I feel the same way, i was a casual, going on and off the game between 2016 and 2020 and i started falling in love with tge game and playing more seriously back in may, before may i used to have like 5 legendaries and now just a few months later i have over 50 legendaries (of course like 30 of them are mewtwos cuz i really grinded them)

I quit last month. Niantic makes this game so hard to play it’s the community that held me this long and I’m a day 1 player
i genuinely think what’s boring to me is the fact that the same legendaries are in rotation for the 10th time and back in 2018-2020 we always had new exciting legendaries not stuff like the tapus who are completely useless and can’t be shiny
It's kinda nice for me cause I missed so many legendaries because I quit for a while but I've gotten back into pogo
Save money season. See you in a few months for a new legendary.

@@Extiven that's right, imo the only legendary worth raiding for shundo is dialga next week. As a free player, I collect pokecoins from gym all year and use it all on dialga to get shundo. The 3 useless kanto birds just keep coming back for weeks. Kyurem was also a raid boss for like 2 months +

I agree with Helsinki. No one should give Niantic anymore money until they’re more transparent with the community
Niantic just made a decision based on money, not on community which was their goal.
@@franko6677 , "As long as you pay anything to Niantic you are part of the problem" is pretty clear. He doesn't specify a group, so we judge on this line.
Players quit games all the time, not a big deal. If people feel the need to follow a PoGo player, others will fill that spot. +99% of the players don't care and puzzled why people think that Niantic should care about 1 gamer quitting their game.
If someone is done with the game, they should leave. That has always happened with video (and mobile) games. Find something that works. I barely played PoGo in 2019-2021 (returned in September 2021) and most likely quit the game for a while if i'm fed up again.
@@Arnold_808 dude stop man, just stop
@@tomasxu3142 why should he stop it’s his opinion you don’t have to agree with it that’s the point of a opinion
No more weekly remote raid has got me playing a lot less as well. People in less populated areas are the ones who suffer most from these decisions.
This and make it 100 coins, that’s 1 remote raid per day and that seems very fair to me
This will never happen because they’ll just see it as them losing money
@@monttyy4879 yeah I agree, but I feel like I’m reality it would mean more people would enjoy playing the game and they would play it more often. Gyms would actually be used by people again and overall a larger player base means larger profits. I think the people who spend money on the game would continue spending money because they want maxed out lvl50 hundo legendarys from raids if you get me
I think its better to increase the limit to 100 coins a day but still get it from pokémon in gym

Hello from Copenhagen, Denmark! I am not a top or even hardcore player (as I just came back from a break of several years), though I played hard in the beginning and did Legendary raids all day long when they first launched. So if you need someone to show you around a bit when you get here, I am sure we are many who would!
Rather than write a long paragraph, I'll just say "This!". Thank you Brandon for the video. It's nice to know others feel the same.
Niantic seems to be looking only at the short term games and not the long term benefits
Gbl was the reason I began playing pogo so who knows how long I’ll keep playing
just get good and don’t give upzzz
@@IrishMarauder14 stunfisk is goated
@@sheluhhyt it's very annoying, I have to carry around a houndoom wherever I go
Man, you were in tears😢 while talking in this video.
Those 2 brothers who quit did grind hard of xp before remote raid pass was introduced. And later rich players bought unlimited raid pass to reach the level of those brothers.
It must have even frustrating 😤.
I hope ownership of PoGo shifts from Niantic to some decent company. 😑
Once you've 100% a game, what more is there to do? U find a new game.
Pokémon GO never be 100%
You could 100% the game for a second time, or as much as you want.
lmao you cant 100% Pokemon Go, it’s designed to be a Forever game 😂😂😂
@@jaylofasho but with highly unrealistic expectations. one free raid pass a day? pokeshop too expensive,1 dollar is 100 pokecoins is just one raid pass and you can get only up to 50 pokecoins a day. f2p players like me or rural players just cannot get legendaries up to level 50 or even 40. game is too expensive allt ehy want is money, at least make the pokeshop a bit cheaper and more realistic #HearUsNiantic
@@jaylofasho thsoe hardcore player havew every pokemon 100% iv and maxed of course theres nothing more to do
A game that since launching 6 years has the exact same way of gaining currency and that has never even increased the amount you can gain, is self explanatory.
I’m mainly upset that Billy is also now one of them
I quit recently too, thank you for making a video about this. The game has become more of a chore than a hobby with how things are…..
Yea it became a chore after I hit lvl 50
I love Pokémon go but I can only play for about 2 days then take a 2 week break constantly
Its sad. I lost one of my mentors who also retired from the game
I have had a hard time especially with the weekly bundles such a slap in the face. I can live without rrp but one lure module
I hate Niantic. I'm disabled and when they nerfed the incense, it made it so hard to play. I don't like spoofing but they gave me no choice. Now I have a 30 day suspension. Pogo is not fair for everyone. Exercising the brain is as important as exercising the body
#HearUsNiantic
I have raided with the brothers, even when they invited you Brandon to the raid. Yes i did fan boy over it 😂
Have had them to best Friends 3 or 4 times.
#HearUsPokemonCompany
wear a headphone then watch
... bought like the trainer club... Niantic dog
@@000sakis ?
Another 6 year player myself, I have also stopped spending and playing so much. In fact Pikmin is now a better walking companion as Pokémon involves more standing around than walking these days!
I would argue other top players that if it wasn’t for it being their job they would have quit too. Pokémon was loved globally by so many for two decades or so before PoGo was released. This game had such high ceiling of being good and beyond good. Sadly I don’t think it’ll ever come to that. Please Niantic wake up before Go was is lost for good.
I have been playing since the beginning. However, I find myself not wanting to play much any longer because of the following:
1. Crappy rural shiny rate and crappy shiny rate in general… I go months without shiny except CD
2. CD has been terrible as of late with crappy shiny rates
3. Global go fest was a disaster
4. Egg shiny rate is terrible
5. Incense sucks the way it works
6. Remote raid passes cost more and are not as efficient
7. Odd for legendary shiny seem much worse costing more passes
8. Events with new shiny releases the odds are terrible
There is more but it is getting to the point I am losing interest
he is right though if we as a whole keep feeding them money they will continue to do things their way
the bad thing about competitive battles is that you can waste the opponent's shield byb using weak charged attacks that can be spammed in a short period of time. to fix this, they should change the usage of shield into a gauge, and the amount reduced in the gauge is proportionate to the damage of the charged attack. that way, multiple weak charged attacks won't be more effective than a powerful single charged attack.
Keep your hopes high. Eventually everyone will come back to the game when they decide to listen, as this game can still be one of the best games ever for years to come
Do u like logan better?
i don't get it, what happened can someone explain?
