    Thank you- these videos are always so beautiful & the stories fascinating. I appreciate hearing the language as well- as a learner there are few places to hear it & even fewer with subtitling!

    So _eaglais_ means _church,_ I gather? _Ecclesia_ in Latin, ultimately from Greek _ekklesía._ Funny how some Latin words still seemingly made it into the Gaelic languages -- Irish _míle_ for _thousand_ is another example. And I suspect that Irish _croí_ (heart) has some connection to Latin _cor_ and French _cœur..._ 🤔🤔
