Root chakra..you just illuminated why I have such a wounded root chakra. My mother was dealing with a temporary separation with my father while pregnant with me, raising my bro & sis that were 4 and 2 yrs old. When I was birthed into this world, my father wasnt present in the hospitol. Moving forward from ages 0-9...dealt with a nasisisstic, raging alcoholic father. Thats where I will start. When I had my awakening earlier this year the first thing that was shown to me was to root myself! My 1st chakra was totally off-balanced and yes, this is so so critical to awaken and have ground you!!!

I am working on my 1st Chakra by healing my inner child. I have done meditation and written down my intentions, doing inner child Journaling, and nurturing my inner child. I call her Mandy because I wanted her to know that she belongs and has an identity, meaning that she is seen and heard. This healing process is already connecting the dots for me. I love it.
There's also emotional tones that can be used to help express the main harmonic emotions. 'Yuuuu...' (Top of head) Majestic serenity (full moon) 'Ahhhh...' (Forehead) Purity (source?) 'Ehhhh...' (Back of throat) Wisdom 'Yaaaa...' (Heart and upper chest) Compassion/Happiness 'Raaaa...' (Lower ribcage) Courage 'Ohhhh...' (Upper abdominal) (sun) 'Wayyy...' (Belly button) Grounded peace. 'Goooo...' (Lower abdominal) Strength/Stalwart/Steadfast 'Saaaa...' (Groin) Passion 'Doooo...' (Butt) Grounded I've been to the Merkaba through astral projection/meditation. I call it the 3rd layer, the outer electromagnetic field. I've also seen the Earth spirit which looks like a 3d fractal snowflake enclosed in a sphere. Outside of the sphere is many smaller golden spheres which I call the 5th layer. Beyond the golden spheres is the 6th layer which is the solar system layer which seems to be the place people travel to when they take DMT. Within each golden sphere is what I call a black sphere solar system which has 30 or so black spheres with a green white sun in the middle of it. The green white sun has streams of energy going to each of the black spheres. Each black sphere has 13 layers of black spheres like a Russian doll. Within the 13th layer of the black sphere are many pods, each pod has a person in it. When you go beyond the 3rd layer or the merkaba you go through a portal and come out of the pod on the 4th layer. Move your consciousness forward and out of your body during meditation. Have fun out there. :)

The deeper one goes into the journey of awakening, the more one realizes that he no longer commands the process himself alone but has become instead an emissary, a witness and experiencer. It's a journey laden with fear because of uncertainty. There would come a time when one is fearing of losing control of the body and sanity. One does not awaken through reading books alone or watching videos or collecting materials of the same kind. It is through raw experience.
The fear is from your ego, which is a program designed to keep you safe. Not growing; safe. It perceives any change as threatening. Its program is self-preservation, NOT growth. Growth is threatening.

I lack personal power and confidence which really affects or deteriorates my psychological health. I have been following your videos over a year and a half
I couldn't feel any personal power until I worked on my root chakra. (Actually I worked on the lower 3 chakras) I used reiki and some Healing Camp root meditations chanting and affirmations here on youtube. I also did a lot of earthing. Maybe it will help you too.
You don't lack anything and are perfect exactly like you are. We are conditioned to believe that we aren't. Can you accept how you are and still take steps to change anyway? I say yes. Look in your own experience and see if you can find where these beliefs came from? Who put them there? Hope all is well.
You have all you need to heal yourself. Remember that you’re alive and love yourself as a crystalline form of gods love for us. Your power is subtle and easy to miss because it’s hidden but no less powerful for that. Open your heart to your own power. I love you and empower you to love yourself likewise.

Now I know I must have severed the "umbilical cord" when I was a child due to trauma, have been numb and checked out ever since. When I did the full moon meditation (thanks to your video a week ago) I think I reconected it as I opened my heart Chakra and got a huge download during which the emotions of that traumatised moment came back to me. It's funny: some of the parts of the energy system you describe I've experienced without knowing how and what. The connection with the earth chakra's is something I experienced a couple of times. It triggered a full detox immediately. The merkaba is something I didn't know at all, but hearing you speak about it made me realise why I never feel threatened by outside influences anymore, as I just rev up my system whenever something intrudes or tries to do so. I described it to some friends as being yourself so hard there's no place for anything else. ;) This was a very informative video for me. So many thanks for this!

Thanks so much for all you share. I have suffered low back issues since an injury while an infant. I could honestly answer “Yes” I was dropped 8 ft onto my head if ever asked!, ha. Solar chakra...I have been doing breathing techniques and meditation, it did help me disconnect from my body but I slowly realised that going out into the world and facing situations helped me a lot too ,that is when I noticed that people who live in ashrams ,closed off from the world have lots of issues themselves which they would overcome only if they were out in the world....this video gave me clarity on how solar plexus chakra is the most important first step to work with the other chakra.Thank you. Had to pause while watching this so I could comment real quick. While you're talking about the emotional body and heart chakra I can totally get it. I spent years being emotionally abused (long long before I knew about any of this) and when I finally got out of that relationship I shut down my heart. I described it at the time as 'being so good at shoving down the emotions and keeping them at bay that I didn't even have to try to shove them away anymore. And now I have to consciously let my emotions out.' Since I started really working on it all I've noticed that my heart has opened so drastically. It's like a door now, instead of a brick wall. I open when I want to, when I can feel the rightness of who I'm opening too, but not everybody gets a key. I find myself overwhelmed with feelings now and WOW I missed that!

And as soon as you mentioned that we need to open our heart to make our "umbilical cord" reconnect our heart with our emotional body, I feel immense joy and healing sensation. Once I heard you mention the Merkaba, I knew it was meant for me to find your channel. 🥺😢 I knew of the “merkaba” many years ago through reading a book called “the flower of life” and I couldnt really understand that section of it. I've been to the Merkaba through astral projection/meditation. I call it the 3rd layer, the outer electromagnetic field. I've also seen the Earth spirit which looks like a 3d fractal snowflake enclosed in a sphere. Outside of the sphere is many smaller golden spheres which I call the 5th layer. Beyond the golden spheres is the 6th layer which is the solar system layer which seems to be the place people travel to when they take DMT.
Within each golden sphere is what I call a black sphere solar system which has 30 or so black spheres with a green white sun in the middle of it. The green white sun has streams of energy going to each of the black spheres. Each black sphere has 13 layers of black spheres like a Russian doll. Within the 13th layer of the black sphere are many pods, each pod has a person in it. When you go beyond the 3rd layer or the merkaba you go through a portal and come out of the pod on the 4th layer.
Move your consciousness forward and out of your body during meditation. Have fun out there. :)

The deeper one goes into the journey of awakening, the more one realizes that he no longer commands the process himself alone but has become instead an emissary, a witness and experiencer. It's a journey laden with fear because of uncertainty. There would come a time when one is fearing of losing control of the body and sanity.
One does not awaken through reading books alone or watching videos or collecting materials of the same kind. It is through raw experience.
The fear is from your ego, which is a program designed to keep you safe. Not growing; safe. It perceives any change as threatening. Its program is self-preservation, NOT growth. Growth is threatening.

I lack personal power and confidence which really affects or deteriorates my psychological health. I have been following your videos over a year and a half
I couldn't feel any personal power until I worked on my root chakra. (Actually I worked on the lower 3 chakras) I used reiki and some Healing Camp root meditations chanting and affirmations here on youtube. I also did a lot of earthing. Maybe it will help you too.
You don't lack anything and are perfect exactly like you are. We are conditioned to believe that we aren't. Can you accept how you are and still take steps to change anyway? I say yes. Look in your own experience and see if you can find where these beliefs came from? Who put them there? Hope all is well.
You have all you need to heal yourself. Remember that you’re alive and love yourself as a crystalline form of gods love for us. Your power is subtle and easy to miss because it’s hidden but no less powerful for that. Open your heart to your own power. I love you and empower you to love yourself likewise.
Dancing is really good for the soul, it lets you let loose...Brings you a type of freedom, me & my mom used to dance all the time, and sometimes we still do and it's a great stress reliever also. Great vid.

Thank you so much for this and all your videos, they have been instrumental in my awakening. Now I know I must have severed the "umbilical cord" when I was a child due to trauma, have been numb and checked out ever since. When I did the full moon meditation (thanks to your video a week ago) I think I reconected it as I opened my heart Chakra and got a huge download during which the emotions of that traumatised moment came back to me. My inner self was telling me I needed to "plug in" to my life and not be afraid to FEEL again. It was such an enlightening night. Thanks again for all you do, you are making a difference!

It's funny: some of the parts of the energy system you describe I've experienced without knowing how and what. The connection with the earth chakra's is something I experienced a couple of times. It triggered a full detox immediately. The merkaba is something I didn't know at all, but hearing you speak about it made me realise why I never feel threatened by outside influences anymore, as I just rev up my system whenever something intrudes or tries to do so. I described it to some friends as being yourself so hard there's no place for anything else. ;)

Solar chakra...I have been doing breathing techniques and meditation, it did help me disconnect from my body but I slowly realised that going out into the world and facing situations helped me a lot too ,that is when I noticed that people who live in ashrams ,closed off from the world have lots of issues themselves which they would overcome only if they were out in the world....this video gave me clarity on how solar plexus chakra is the most important first step to work with the other chakra.Thank you.

I’ve been doing a lot of earthing and grounding exercises in nature as you mentioned in the inner child video. Had to pause while watching this so I could comment real quick. While you're talking about the emotional body and heart chakra I can totally get it. I spent years being emotionally abused (long long before I knew about any of this) and when I finally got out of that relationship I shut down my heart. I described it at the time as 'being so good at shoving down the emotions and keeping them at bay that I didn't even have to try to shove them away anymore. And now I have to consciously let my emotions out.' Since I started really working on it all I've noticed that my heart has opened so drastically. It's like a door now, instead of a brick wall. I open when I want to, when I can feel the rightness of who I'm opening too, but not everybody gets a key. I find myself overwhelmed with feelings now and WOW I missed that!
Dear Christina, I've been praticing open heart meditation in a past few months to heal my emotional wounds. And as soon as you mentioned that we need to open our heart to make our "umbilical cord" reconnect our heart with our emotional body, I feel immense joy and healing sensation. I knew of the “merkaba” many years ago through reading a book called “the flower of life” and I couldnt really understand that section of it. It appeared to be so advanced to understand and I also couldn’t find any other information to explain it, nor was anybody on UA-cam talking about it.
I feel upon your channel just happen to see if there was a spiritual explanation to my suddenly onset of anxiety that appeared to be out of my control.
