And the labor federal government helped out with $240 million. Is the AFL saying they'll ban Launceston? if so, it's a shame, a quite beautiful city.

In Victoria and Queensland, it is hard, maybe impossible, to win a government contract if your workforce is not unionised. The Victorian hotel quarantine debacle came about when Andrews rejected non-unionised defence personnel. Instead a contract was given to a company with no experience but had unionised workers. At the height of Victoria's lockdown, unionised council parks and garden workers were allowed to work in teams but non-unionised gardening contractors working alone were barred.
