1) I added passengers to these cars midway through filming, so you'll see no passengers in some shots and passengers in others.
This is wild to see. I purchased the Full Dome car for use at the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. I then sold it off to Canadian National where it will join their active fleet later this year. I brought the short dome over to WMSR, but have since sold it to Mexico. Regards Adam Auxier, CEO, Railexco

Cool video! I've ridden the WMSR excursions to Frostburg (and the North Pole 😉) several times so I enjoyed seeing this consist. It will be spectacular when you get your 1309 Mallet.

Hi Eric those western Maryland passenger cars look great. The crew announcement are so real you feel like your going to. The dining car . I like the lighting only 1 thing was missing people in the cars well have a great day .
Love the chimes that play before each announcement of a seating in the dinning car. Nice touch. Beautiful set. They look right at home with the locomotives you pulled them with. Congratulations 🍾

We took our 2 year old daughter on 1309 for the polar express run they do it was awesome these passenger car look just like the setup they had. Can’t wait to see them with 1309 when it arrives!!

Cars are beautiful and do go good look good with those engines quick ? I'm building a layout and never had modern engines getting some now but anyways when your running these engines if they quit putting out smoke is ok to keep running the engine or do you have 2 stop it and put more fluid in the smoke unit?
Most modern smoke units will shut off when they run out of smoke unit to prevent overheating, but i find it's best to just regularly load some smoke fluid into it to keep it running smoothly. Either that or shut it off completely.
Hot take, those are the 2 best FA schemes in the last 5 yesrs

I’m coming back to my childhood super O set that has remained under wraps for 50+ years. College, marriage, children all took priority. I’m now retired and my train set in my parents basement is exactly as I had left it.
I want to know how to grease gears and lubricate the electric motors and maintain all moving parts.
Anyone got a tutorial for me?

Yeah. I'd like to do a video like that at some point. Modern locomotives don't need a terribly large amount of lubrication btw.

Depends. Some MTH cars are better than Lionel. Some Lionel cars are better than MTH.

Doesn’t Lionel put passengers in the cars like they used too. For what they charge they should have them
Depends on the cars. On the 21" cars, which is what these are, they don't.
Eric, is there something problematic with the locomotive for that train? If not, you should have the locomotive by July, not October or November.
There's nothing wrong with it, it just hasn't arrived yet. That's all I was saying.
