What do you mean by “peri transplant” care? I went to Puebla, Mexico and one of the top 50 Mayo Clinic alumni did my HSCT. He’s transplanted more than anyone in the world. Over a thousand patients with MS and other auto immune diseases. I have zero regrets! I’m 1 year post HSCT this month. ☺️🧡🧡🧡🧡

Thank you. Where in the northwest U.S. would be a reputable stem cell transplant center? A very good presentation. Glenn
If such a thing exists, it would be outside the US, a completely captured system.
Stem Cell Therapy for Multiple Sclerosis that can prevent disease progression, offer the benefit of symptomatic relief to the patients and also, to some extent, reverse the neuronal damage to increase functional contribution. Advancells provides support in the management of Multiple Sclerosis.
WHAT IS THE BEST FACILITY TO GET STEM CELL TREAMEANT
What would you consider a high efficacy treatment that should be failed before doing HSCT? If someone fails Tecfidera, should they go? What about Mavenclad? Tysabri? Or do you mean the big guns like Lemtrada and Ocrevus?
Lemtrada, Ocrevus and Tysabri I guess.
Does this bone marrow transplant, involve chemo treatment..? 🤔🤔
Yes. HSCT involves chemo. I had it done a year ago. No regrets.

All science and the Medical Profession must be based on INTELLECTUAL HONESTY!! It is UNSPEAKABLE for Mark Freedman,M.D. to totally dismiss the concept of Neuroborreliosis as the etiology of MS. WHY ???
Because there are limited studies done on it. Also Canada is bad at diagnosis of diseases such as TB and borellousis. This why there will be no studies. You can't fix the problem you cannot diagnose.
Dysautonomia can be cure in future by stem cell therapy

The benefit from Stem Cells will ultimately fail because the underlying Borrelia infection will kill the new Stem Cells the same way the Borrelia infection killed the original neurons.
Prior to administering the Stem Cells the underlying Borrelia infection must be eradicated - analogy - Forest Fire: Don't plant new replacement trees until the fire has been extinguished. Alfred Miller,M.D.
