He's telling you that he's not worth your while. He's freeing you to say, "Thank you for the information. I will now move on to the 6,999,999,999 other people, some of whom may have some value." Nobody ever makes me mad for more than 3 seconds. I do get angry, even tremble sometimes, but right away try to understand where they’re coming from, talk about it, agree to disagree, and depending never talk to them again because we’re gonna waste time.
Someone who says something that would cause such a big emotional reaction in me is either ignorant or they have issues that I can’t help them solve by being angry at them, OR I’m ignorant and have issues and gotta solve that instead of argue back.
Calmly discussing (genuinely, not with superiority), is the only think that ever had any constructive effect in my life.

This! Me (girl) and my brother never in our life had any relationship issues because we know what people to avoid and attract (me by not showing much of my exterior because I only wanted guys interested in knowing me to approach - and my brother by being vocal and brutally honest about what he expects in a woman, so no one wasted their time).
It seems is the opposite usually. Guys trying to please women saying untruthful things, and women trying to attract guys by pleasing their eyes (often with lies too).
So no wonder nobody is finding anyone, because no one is being themselves, just trying to fit into a mold to pass a test, like it’s a job interview. But you gotta ‘market’ yourself to the ‘niche’ you want, not cater for everyone, because who on earth wants majority of people?

I enjoyed this movie from start to finish. Apart from its dry, dark style of humor, I generally enjoy stories about damaged people (or just people struggling in life for whatever reason, such as struggling to belong or feel fulfilled) who find each other and bring a positive change (or at least an opportunity for positive change) into each other's lives.
The best kind of love story in my opinion, be it romantic or not (Stories about the love of friendship or family count too, for me), is the kind where both characters help one another to improve and be healthier as people, not only for others' sake but for their own. It's one of several reasons why Silver Linings Playbook is one of my favorite rom-coms.

Sure, Just throw the number at her! She’ll deal with the age, gender and other crucial factors herself. I mean how hard can it be to find the right one from the 6,999,999,999 people, right?

Actually, It's not exactly 7 billions it's more or less 7billions at the time he was speaking. Currently, it's more or less 8billions. If one behave badly it won't exactly be 6,999,999,999 at the time he was speaking (could've be more or less than that).
