ATS GUI Interface Updated (WIP)

Hello fellow truckers ....
Hope all is well and doing ok ....
Let me know guys what you think so far....
Like I said in video like the windows that the icons sit on to be
more transparent, if anyone knows the location of the files let me
know in the comments below. I have looked everywhere the location
of the ones I have found here \base\material\ui\window only place I
know of that I have found.
