The food was amazing, we wouldn't have known that Vietnamese cuisine can be so good if we didn't go on the food tour. We ate so much food😅 we didn't eat breakfast, and also went for some exercise.

That was an amazing food tour regarding the variety of foods. You should go on a couple more to try out bun cha, cha ca la vong (might be too expensive for the food tours), pho tron, bun rieu, nem nuong, banh mi chao/bo ne, bo kho, snail noodles, eel noodles, banh mi que, che troi nuoc, banh ran, fried bananas, grilled bananas wrapped in sticky rice in a coconut sauce (it won a SE Asian dessert contest years ago), puffy pho stir fry, etc. Viets whom don’t know any better always suggest bun dau mam tom, which I would not recommend unless you’re familiar (and love) with fermented shrimp paste…but I guess you can always ask for flavored fish sauce instead.
Have you been to Vietnam before? Because you have so much knowledge about the food😃 the tour was great, and the food delicious 🤤 the shrimp paste in Thailand is a little too fishy for me, but fish sauce is delicious despite it being so smelly😅

I am from vinh city. Vinh is the city center of Nghe An Province. If you come to Nghe An, Vinh City is a great experience. The scenery is fantastic with hard-working and friendly people. Not only that, Vinh City has lots of historical sites. The city of chestnuts flower is known that it is a place with many beautiful landscapes like Nghe Tinh Xo Viet Museum and Cua Lo beach. Foods here are diverse. I like most eel porridge. It is a traditional food. I hope you will come to my dear city if you have time.

@@K8andGustav The tour guide takes the guests to eat Dried Beef Salad, Crab Cake, Bun Rieu, Bun Oc, Bun Cha, Rib Porridge, Thang Long Fish Cake, Pia Cake, those dishes are also very easy to eat 😚 PS : There is a small problem: I should remind the shop owner to put raw vegetables in boiling water to ensure that parasites are killed. I'm afraid that if people don't wash the vegetables cleanly, eating them raw is not safe. 😂
