Hey Kelsie, hope you're okay. Please don't apologise for resting when you need to. As another human with a chronic neurological condition, it is important to take those rests and look after yourself. We will all still be here ❤ That being said, I am really grateful to you for the frequent uploads- you have unwittingly become my crochet-along buddy. Have a lovely day x
Yes but also Kelsie if you need to rest then rest . If we get 1 vid a week we will not be sad because we love you and want you to be happy and not be stressed because you haven't released a video!! Heck you could go a month without doing a vid but that's ok because you need a break. Basically what I'm trying to say is take as long or as short breaks as you need 🫶
In case anyone was curious. The reason it gets shipped in pieces like that is because, Joann's like more retailers use their stores as their online warehouse to make it more manageable on the actual warehouses. So that big box from last vlog is probably where the order got sent first. They picked everything they had, passing the next items to the next store. And then they sent out what they had. And so on and so on.
Oh no, I hope you feel better soon! I enjoy watching slow, unfinished projects just as much as the short and finished ones 🤷♀️ Uploading three videos over 20 minutes a week is an insane schedule, so there's never any need to apologize ✌️
28:17 you don't have to show incentive for us to come back, kelsie. We would come back to watch your vlogs regardless :) They're way too good to miss out on 💞💞
Hey Kelsie....i love your work, your vlogs....everything you do. I'm a 48 year old woman from Austria. It's so relaxing to watch you do such great work. If I were younger and brave enough,I would live my life like you. This balance between everday life and work. It'amazing...I wish you continued success and health for yourself and your loved ones. Best regards Michaela🤗🥰🌞
Every time I see your stash, I think "OMG I need to see EVERYTHING this girl has" cuz seeing all the colors and textures and stuff makes my heart warm and keeps me from the urge to buy more yarn 😂
OMG!! I was watching this while mindlessly crocheting and then I heard, "auras" and "epilepsy". I HAVE EPILEPSY ALSO!! You're my all time favorite crochet youtuber and pattern designer so hearing we share a condition for some weird, weird reason made me smile. Epilepsy sucks and it sucks the life out of your life so easily. I feel so much more inspired as a crocheter, woman, person with a disibility, and overall human knowing someone I look up to shares the same struggles.
I love how you talk to us like we're actually involved.. I'll talk back.. "Like when you say, "We did this/that.." , I'm like, "yeah, we did".. So when you knocked us over and said, "I'm so sorry, Are you okay?"... I said, "We're good!".. 😂 That Rainforest color Party yarn from JoAnn's is so pretty! 😊 A few months ago, you had ordered a different color ( I think Candy or bubblegum but cannot remember. ) I ended up ordering some, it was so pretty! JoAnn's and Lily Sugar and cream need to sponsor you! Lol. I see all the granny squares are still hanging around... Any ideas on what you may do with them yet?? Dredgie is the CUTEST and such a mama's boy. How is Terry? Kelsie, you do not have to apologize to anyone! You have to take time for you. Especially when you're feeling "off" or not well. You know we will be here waiting for the next one. 😂 Rest is essential. Hopefully you are feeling better. ❤
Loved this one…. And tbh when I saw Neji staring you down my first thought was he was trying to alert you…. Reminded me of my Lulu belle! When he’s staring you down like that listen, give him loves and go rest because they are able to sense the changes!!!
Joann is one of many companies that ships directly from their stores. They do not have a separate warehouse they ship online orders from. So, the reason why you're getting a little of this and that, in many packages, is because that part of the order was sent to a specific store to fulfill it. When i worked at Target (who has the same shipping style), I once sent a single can of progresso soup. I figured it was from a larger order. It does seem like a bit of a waste, but with online shopping being as common as it is, it's a way to create jobs without spending all that money for warehouses that they pick orders from.
I’m a manager at a Joann and if we don’t have an item in stock then we cancel it and it goes to the next store that could potentially have the item, that’s normally why you will get separate packages.
Firstly, I hope you are feeling better, rest when you need to young lady. I just finished a bulky 2xl hexy with a fur trim. They loved it phew. I'm doing a few pride events this year so getting lots of stock made for them. The colours for your hexy order look great. Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much for uploading, I'm getting to the point in my current project where it feels like it takes forever to knit a row and thinking about using fun new yarn once I'm done definitely keeps it from overwhelming me 😂❤
It’s so weird how Joann’s ships… and it’s a crapshoot as to if you get everything you ordered AND sometimes I receive random things.. it’s weird and confusing. Hoping so much that some new folks can get in there and revamp things b/c I REALLY don’t want Joanns to go away. I shop there all the time.
I love your clogs so much, and so little of it is how much you finish in a vlog, and more just updates on you and your life. My cat is being all lovey and trying to take my attention so I’ll leave it at that. 🐾
Kelsie, ik you won’t read this but i just wanna say that i am obsessed with you!!! I always crochet while watching your videos and i love the things you make❤❤
Kelsie, the reason that your big Joann order is coming from so many places is probably that the company’s inventory system is ordering associates to ship to you from wherever the product is in stock. Sometimes stuff is shipped directly from a store, and sometimes from a warehouse. So maybe your 6 strawberry Sugar and Cream skeins came from an Arizona store (1), a Missouri store (1), and the central warehouse. It’s weird, but it works. I used to work in distribution, and that’s how retailers fulfill customer orders these days.
I just wanted to say I really like when you say "yeah?". I know you said you think you say it too much but I find it comforting and now I say it to myself alot lol
Your scrunchies are so cute and consistent! I also love the stacks of granny squares from the "how many granny squares in a day" video on the order packing area! Thank you for the chill content
I would love to see one of your tops in the mango crush (I think that’s what it was called) I think it’s so pretty. Hope you’re having a great day and that you’re feeling better.❤
Your vlogs are so relaxing to watch, I really love them. Also your puppies are so cute, I want to give them a big hug lol. I hope you feel better and please rest as much as you need!
will never not love your uploads, i always look forward to them 🥺also your yarn hauls give me a dopamine rush, and in some way, it helps me (ever so slightly) curb my urges to keep buying new yarns that i proceed to ignore for months 😖
If they work like most other retail stores that do shopping, there are so many packages because Joanns makes the stores themselves fulfil the orders, and if they don't have everything, the ship what they can. The spend so much money on shipping to save a few bucks on having warehouse employees fulfil orders.
So proud of you making stuff size inclusive! Good for you! Not many designers do that really! Another UA-cam content creator that makes it so all sizes can do her patterns and designs is Cinnamon Stitches. She helps me and I have been 30 lbs under and 40 lbs. over as well as very pregnant with a very huge baby. She is a designer that can help. Bag O Day is another prolific designer who even did a special tutorial on adjusting clothing sizes. I think she lives in IL or MO. Rest up! No auras!
Love the color combo for the hexagon cardigan! I'm currently working on one but instead of changing the colors I'm doing color blocking. The bulk of the body is a highlighter hot pink with the lower half of the sleeves and bottom of the cardigan being a forest green.
I love how cuddly your dog was. They could tell you didn’t feel good and wanted to comfort you. Also, is there discrepancies in the texture of Lily sugar n cream? I made a bucket hat with the creamsicle ombré and it’s a lot softer than white.
Love your videos always always!! No matter what it is, I always enjoy your content and it’s the highlight of my day when you post! Thank you so much for all the work you do for us 🥹❤

Drag it up towards your elbow and stop about an inch before the bend, making sure you stay in line with the spot where you started. There is a space here that gets easily irritated when you crochet. Poke it. Gently of course but push down into it and make small, gentle circles. If you feel inflamed and super sore, use that same kitchen sink for a nice ice bath. Giiiirlllll.....I went to Joann's for the very first time the other day and was in heaven! I stocked up on the Big Twist yarns because they were $2.49 AND buy 3 get one free! My yarn stash is going to be growing like crazy because I am going to physical therapy twice a week at a place smack dab between Hobby Lobby and JoAnn. Lol
Wow😮 how i wish id have enough money to buy more yarns. I need to buy yarn before making orders, hassle and more costly. ❤❤ More uploads pls, im inspired. Watching from philippines🧶

I laughed out loud when you dropped the camera and asked “are you okay” LOL. 😂😭🩷

Yay! Thank you!
Hello! Can just thank Kelsie for making these videos for us!
Girl, my wrists make noise too. Both my wrists sound like rice Krispy cereal with all the snap, crackle, and pop they do on a daily basis 😅

Thanks for the company while I crochet again. Lots of fun. Also my foot clicks like your wrist does 🤣
Please take care of yourself, rest, and don't be pushing yourself so much. Look forward to seeing you again soon.
Oh my gosh thank u for posting everyday I am so overwhelmed by your vids ❤❤❤
I love the Big Twist Party yarn, it works up so nicely!

The colors look great together! Can’t wait to see the finished cardigan💜💙🩵 I hope you feel better soon!
I honestly love you videos. I love you, I have watched your videos for a while and I wait for you to post.
WHY did I laugh so hard when you pushed the phone off the desk and we fell through to another dimension? 😆
How are your fans called? Passionators? Scrunchies 😅? I want to be part of the Fan Club please ❤🧶💓
I would love to see one of your tops in the mango crush (I think that’s what it was called) I think it’s so pretty. Hope you’re having a great day and that you’re feeling better.❤
I love your Nudge, he’s so sweet and wants your attention. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Graige= gray & beige it's nice on the walls as paint.
I should have scrolled down to see yours before I posted the same.
@juliettealexander8537 is ok. Sometimes, comments get buried and unseen. I know I have done that before. There is no harm in repeating sometimes.
Your vlogs are so relaxing to watch, I really love them. Also your puppies are so cute, I want to give them a big hug lol.
I hope you feel better and please rest as much as you need!
I’m in MO also! So cool to see another crocheter from MO on here! 💕
Thank you for the effort you put into your videos, please take care of yourself ❤
Hope you feel better soon Kelsie.
One of the mystery scrunchies you packed looked like a bright blue sky with clouds! ☁️😍 gorgeous!!!
will never not love your uploads, i always look forward to them 🥺also your yarn hauls give me a dopamine rush, and in some way, it helps me (ever so slightly) curb my urges to keep buying new yarns that i proceed to ignore for months 😖

Your creations are always so beautiful!
Can you make a top which is not cropped? I really want to learn how to make them longer. 💖🎀
I love it. This brown is so beautiful 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I agree. Yes open a big box all at once is more exciting!

Yes ❤️ my dogs are so sweet to me when I’m not feeling well. Also yes I’ve noticed some colors are soft and others are quite stiff!
Love your videos always always!! No matter what it is, I always enjoy your content and it’s the highlight of my day when you post! Thank you so much for all the work you do for us 🥹❤
Hope you feel better soon. Love your content! Such a joy to watch you. ❤🧶
OBSESSED with your hair Kelsie!
New idea for your how many can I make in a day series: Kitchen towels!
Great idea
I've gotten back into crochet recently and your vlogs are so relaxing to croxhet to!
15:32 yes im ok 👍 Thank you for asking.
Yesss I have been eyeballing that almost used up yellow cone I’m so happy you used it ☺️ satisfies my brain
Greige is a mix of gray and beige. 😊. FYI- watching older videos today! Can’t wait until tomorrow’s video! 🧡🧡🧶🧡🧶🧡
i am making a top from your tutorial while watching, i love your videos and i am so happy that you post so much
You've got several shout outs from Nancy's got yarn.😊
Love the pupper cameos!

Do you have an arm care routine? I’m a massage therapist and avid crocheter and I would love to give you some recommendations for how to care for your sore arms.
I think the entire crocheter community would love to read your recommendations :)
Fair point! I’ll probably make a video on it at some point on my crochet channel. But for now, here are some tips!
Before a long crochet session you obviously want to stretch, but first I HIGHLY recommend an Epsom salt soak. I did this in the first several months of my first massage job. Before any activity fill up your kitchen sink with hot water. Not so hot it burns, but it should feel like a nice steamy bath. Add an appropriate amount of Epsom salts (about two handfuls felt good for me) and then dunk your arms in up to at least your elbows.
Soak for at least a few minutes, I like 5, and do some very light stretching while your arms are in there. Use the sides and bottom of the sink as leverage to bend your fingers and wrists.
I also enjoyed a splash of CBD massage oil in my arm soaks.
Once they’re cooked, dry off and do some deeper stretches. Really focus on feeling it deep in your forearms. This is an excellent way to start the day whether you’re crocheting or not. I find it very relaxing and refreshing.
For after, you want to do those gentle stretches again. If you’re not in pain, that should be fine. But I recommend massaging the top of the forearm. If you put your hand in front of you palm down, put one finger on the center of your wrist.
Fill the sink with cool water and toss in a few cups of ice. The colder the better, but it’s more effective if you can stay in for at least a couple of minutes, so don’t make it so cold you can’t handle more than 30 seconds.
Beyond that I like magnesium lotion at bed time and lots of self massage. I wouldn’t do any of the massage techniques justice via text but there are lots of them out there!
I just ordered from joanns like 3 days ago so now I'm waiting prolly be like 2 weeks but your channel makes me want to use Amazon to buy more😅
I am sooo exited to see what u are gonna be doing with this yarn. Theese vlogs always make my day:)
The reason you get lots of packages from JoAnn is because when you place one, it goes to the store that should be able to fill the most items, then whatevwr they cant fill geta sent to the next store to fill and so on until everything is shipped! A lot of stuff doesn't even come from the actual warehouse, it's the stores filling them!
definitely think the size chart changing will be super helpful / more accurate as bra sizes change from country to country whereas measurements will be universal:)
Watching you unbox orders from Joann make me understand that much more why they’re having financial issues. 😅
I love my cardigan so much already it looks so good
Grège (greige) is a french word for Grey+Beige color 😉🇫🇷
I hope you feel better! The sweater is turning out really pretty!
I've been watching ur vids all day crocheting lol
15:25 I laughed so hard at this moment.
I love the color of the yarn ❤
I hope you feel better soon!
It would be sooo much fun (at least for us😅) if you could do a yarn "re-organisation" video. This would be a win-win situation 🎉. I love your vlogs❤
sending love kelsie ❤❤❤
I'm going to Joann fabric on Sat. doing a lot of protects before I have knee surgery ❤❤
So a few videos back you talked about organizing your yarn room and with all the cones I wonder if you hung long pegs like a coat rack you could put the cones on those and just hang them on the wall as they are so oddly shaped.
Since Vlogmas I watch every video you post and I'm always looking foreward to your new videos. Most of the time I'm working on my crochet projects as well so it kinda feels like crocheting with a friend. 🙃 Hope you're feeling better soon! ❤
Cool videos!
It will never be enough yarn lol The more more colors, the better. 🥰
Also, I hope you do a yarn organizing blog. 🤞🏻🫰🏻
Im Ok, 😂😂 that was cute. Camera drop. Your so fast. I did get the lily top made quicker than i did the River Dalia top. Butvthat was my 1sr time . Im ready to make another lily. But also maybe a peekaboo one. Thanks For all your hard work and updating your pattern tutrials on the bralet tops.
The lil cardigan is gorg so far

Continuing to enjoy your vlogs! Thank you! Def don’t use that Maroon color. coming from a lover of purple and blue colors, maroon is sort of yuck.
I love that the camera fell and went straight to an ad break 😂
Kelsie, I really Enjoy watching your videos but then I always get tempted into Yarn Shopping. Joann was calling my name again Today!😮 😂😂
Wow😮 how i wish id have enough money to buy more yarns. I need to buy yarn before making orders, hassle and more costly. ❤❤ More uploads pls, im inspired. Watching from philippines🧶
