Hello from Ontario Canada! You guys have to check out the newer Accept albums. This stuff sounds quite like it. This song was the first I'd heard of Burning Witches when UA-cam suggested it. I was in love with it since the first scream!

I get a strong "What If" Mike Howe-era Metal Church had a love child with W.A.S.P. from Burning Witches.

There you go. That's what I'm talking about. I love all that stuff from back then. Metal Church, Fate's Warning, Queensryche, Sanctuary, etc.. Even the thrashier stuff like Overkill, Nuclear Assault, Testament and Forbidden they still sang and if you took a moment you could understand the lyrics (sometimes not such a good thing, lol). Duct Tape ya man “Dead Heart In A Dead World” is one of my favorite records!! I like clean singing but I’m also a sucker for the Cookie Monster vocals hahaha New Morbid Angel drops tomorrow and it’s a BANGER!!
Lol, yeah, I can dig some Cookie Monster. Love Akerfeldt, and even Randy from Lamb of God, among others. Some of these guys that sound like indigestion played at quarter speed, though... Or that dude from Cradle of Filth. I can't deal with him at all. Not everyone can be Mike Patton. I'm sure you have, but if you want to hear a similarly impressive vocal range to Patton's, check out Dir En Grey's "Revelation of Mankind" though I have a funny feeling finding new stuff for you is going to be tough. Also, just to throw it out there in case you somehow missed them back in the day: Wargasm's "Why Play Around" LP from 1988 is probably my favorite album of that era, and is just perfectly balanced. They should have gone on to great things. Plus, they're local boys from Boston.

I have been loyal to them since I heard their first demo (don't ask how I got it). There is NOT ONE THING that can be sad bad, not one word. You should hear the cover of Jawbreaker. They do have a new guitar player (brunette left) and OMG she is even better. Check out the new video for the song EXECUTED.

You guys should check out some Wintersun, One of my all time favourite bands. Jari the singer who also writes like all the music and lyrics is just a master at what he does. i would recomend the song Sons of winter and stars.
