Affordable entry ticket which you can purchase online or at the main tourist entrance. The easiest way to reach the Palace is via Taxi or special Bus.
There is a bus shuttle service from main tourist reception to the Presidential Palace and back. The buses leave frequently, and it is just 2-3 minutes bus ride. Morning and evening are good times to visit. Mid-day can get quite hot exploring the outdoors. The Palace in Motion night show in the evening is also nice to watch.
