Yessss omg I realized that when I was editing I misspoke!🤣 I was confusing Canva with another sub I pay monthly LoL. I do pay my Canva yearly. But thanks so much for sharing in case others are interested!!😉🤗💕
I'm a new subscriber. You seem like such a sweet person, not to mention very pretty! I love your video. I'm new to saving envelopes, so thank you for the video.
Love the new binders, Jess! 🤍 Quick question: I’ve always done my sinking funds (I call it “freedom account”) online and just transfer money electronically. Is there a benefit to doing them in cash? Thanks again for these videos, they’re motivating me to get on top of my budget!
Hey Elena! It is totally personal preference. For me it's a sensory thing ... Cash is tangible I can see it, I can touch it, so it's easier for me to save when I can physically see my money. Also it lets me collect my star notes!🤩 I do have online high-yield savings buckets for when I reach $100 in cash I deposit it into my online buckets so it can grow. But for me stuffing cash is just more FUN!!🤣💕
@@jeluxebudgets That makes a lot of sense, thanks for the explanation! I’m do agree that it’s important to do what feels good for the savings habits to stick! I’ve always struggled with the cash envelope method, even though I’ve tried doing it many times over the years. With your example, I’m giving it another go and hopefully it will stick this time! 🤞🙏😅
YAYYY!! I'm excited for your new journey! It took me 4yrs to break my habit of swiping & sticking to cash. I would start & then fall off. Going to the bank was also an issue for me.. but I figured out how to make it a routine on my paydays. Best of luck on your cash stuffing venture!! Always here if u need help/motivation/accountability 😉
@@jeluxebudgets It’s so true about having a routine! I used to do this monthly but I think doing it 2x per month is going to be easier to keep up with and make it a habit! 👍
