Will you update the side by side picture view for streaming I have looked everywhere to find out about it it’s like the super source on other devices can u help with this before I buy

Can you record straight to the USB drive on the left side that you use for putting the Logo? Or is it just for the logo?

It is just for the logo, our L4 does not support recording function yet, neither does our other video switchers. Is this an essential feature for you? I'll submit your request to our R&D department and we may add this feature to our new products in the future.

@@feelworldlcdmonitor the record function is what made me go with another competing product as I can use it without a PC - which means on-site I just have to take the switcher, the cameras, microphones and lights.
However the L4 looks amazing and for anything connected to a computer with OBS running I would be happy to use it.

Picture-in-picture size is too big, it takes 1/4 of the screen, should have options to make it smaller or add size adjust function

@@feelworldlcdmonitor or you can just make firmware update, i dont think i can buy any new switcher right now, unless feelworld can do trade in old switcher for new switcher, and also i want to add, the app does not work, neither android app nor window software, i tried everything
