Hi, Nicole! From those aerial videos I haven't noticed many mature trees in Castle Rock. Why is that? Usually, if a place is close to mountains there must be a lot of mountainous trees such as spruce, pine tree, etc. in the area. Probably the town is still further away from the mountains I guess. Hello! Castle Rock has tons of new communities when it comes to home development. There aren’t as many mature trees in these areas but there are still options for neighborhoods with mature trees. The mountains are close by though. About 30 minutes and you’ll be in the pines!
