Direction of the top cover holding barrel is wrong.!! You cannot connect high pressure pipe Allen bolts at the end, may be you changed the top cover direction in place..???

So you are changing the plunger every time you open the pump.... Which company are you working with.....???? We change plunger barell as a set and it is condition based...... No company will give you so many sets to change everytime you open.... They will ask you samething.... Are u fu*kin* joking fool....

Man overhaul procedure is correct but checking of base circle is wrong please read the manual before u post and u can’t adjust timing with shims here
