Will try to do bro.... Probably the O- ring which separates the water and oil side is defaulty.... Do you find some water while doing blow through..

@@marinermind761no idea bro. full crew joined recently. Happened with last crew. Still daily we are removing oil from LT expansion tank. We dono the reason how this much fuel went to LT system. Only oring faulty or some internal issue with nozzle?? Plz throw some light on this. 5dk 20 daihatsu engine.

Sir what fluid do we use for the main engine fuel injector pressure testing machine? Heavy oil or deisel oil?

For main engine we use lub oil.... For generator either lub oil or diesel oil
