One thing to keep in mind with Dionysus is he is a god of duality, very similar in the way that Freya is a goddess of a dual nature. Historians have found evidence of his worship dating back to Mycenaean Greece and he was known as a god of life, death, and rebirth (much like the process of making wine) and less known as the happy drunk that he is portrayed as today. There are some myths where he is not only twice born but thrice born, initially being the son of the shameful union of Persephone and Zeus (hence the associations with death) and then being placed in Semele after he was torn to pieces by the giants after Hera found out. Definitely a god with a dark side but also a god of liberation, freedom, and pleasure.

I asked Dionysus for a sign that he still wanted to work with me (after a little break) and I ended up finding a grape necklace today.

@@unkownauthor5060 the chariot coming from Dionysus most likely is a message to take control of your own life rather than letting other people or circumstances control your life.

@@unkownauthor5060 I was working with another entity in regards to Dionysus reaching out and pulled the chariot as well. He said "don't walk, run". For me it meant don't be so hesitant, maybe you have cold feet or a case of stage fright about something that won't be as bad as it seems?
