Should have said, only weighs about 28g and no issues with heat transfer. The modder contacted me before the atty arrived and said that there had been an issue with the cleaning process but had only come to light after the first batch were dispatched, he was very apologetic and being honest, every atty should be washed before we use it, mass produced or small mod runs :)
I was looking for a simple tank kinda OG when I stumbled upon this review. I was impressed by your gushing over it and pulled the trigger on it. It arrived in 3 days to the USA and it is a simple and beautifully made tank that delivers the goods in spades ♠
What a gorgeous finish. It’s so elegant and clean looking, and the machining really is strikingly pretty. One of the nicest RDA’s I’ve seen for a while (along with the Arcana). A pity it’s MTL but still very good to see this type of quality design, machining and workmanship. Thanks for the look Mr T.
Hey, Todd. Long time... I hadn't gotten a notification for ages, noticed you in my subscriptions today and opened your Videos page. I was very pleased to see a bunch of new videos so I searched for RTA and picked this one. I like DTL Dual Coils so it's not my thing, but this should get notifications working again, plus a Like and Comment helps you with the algorithm. Merry Christmas, my Brother across the pond. See you soon.
The dome needs a lock to stop it rotating, especially if that really is bottom fill. So close to a perfect RTA. Very Pretty 😍 I know you mentioned the dome issue, but I spotted it move during your review and had comment on that issue as well.
Something about those clean lines really caught my eye when you showed it off, if memory serves correctly, in your VLOG, . Joined the FB group, missed out on the first list. My thoughts now that I've watched the review - a bit of a disappointment not having top fill. I was just about to type in a question about the chamber cap rotating during assembly when you cleared that up. Amazing how you could read my mind like that. A little slot and tab would fix this issue and feel it worthy of a design change.
Thanks for the thorough review as always. I like the clean look, there’s no bells and whistles but look at the price. I very rarely mtl but if I do I like a looser draw so this sounds bang on. I hate getting machine oil!
Hoping these will appear in some European shops soon, missed one list and wasn't lucky on the other. Got the antiquity v1, v2 and rdta v1 as well, love their work. Thanks for the review 😀
Superb review, Mark !! Vinegar always makes lovely looking atty's, I have Floyd and Antiquity v2 myself. I bought mine from the man in Japan, excellent shipping etc.
old school looking stab mod there.., really like when you break out the retro stuff.. from a far.., it kinda has an Imperia look, especially with that round single juice port.. (on each side respectively).. what were you saying about getting the machine oil out?? 'Milton tab?' thats a UK method?? lol,, im always open to suggestion for neutralizing lingering machine oil .. so you put some kind of solution in with the ultrasonic cleaning then..?
It's Japanese, of course its going to be very nice. I have huge respect for Japanese craftsmanship, they really care about what they make. I do wish they would underseal their cars before they send them to us though.
I'll start with that this is not my cup of tea.. I have some MTL attys laying about, but seldom use them. That being said I am fairly impressed with a titanium rta at the mentioned price point that is done so well. And since this appeals to old school vapers they sure won't mind the bottom fill and a short rinse of the rta before the first build. Kudos to the modder for bringing this to market in a vaping world being dominated by bad news and obstacles by every politician and then some.
It holds 5ml and 40mm in height, that is a very respectable capacity when compared with many other 22mm RTA's on the market. For example, tripod 2, near 44mm and only holds 3.5ml with an extension kit. As for filling from the bottom, the Dvarw RTA is one of the most popular tanks in the game, bottom fill and many people like it for that very reason.
Very nice machining and an amazing price for something coming out of Japan. I'm not looking to get back into RTAs, but this is really tempting. If they have a Boro RBA or a Squonk RDA I'd buy one in a heartbeat, without hesitation sight unseen.
Attys with machine oil should be a big no no for the whole industry. Even if its cheap. If there is one thing i would regulate it would be this point. Its a health risk and it instantly kills the pleasure for me. I no other industry dirty products get sold as new. What mod you are using there? It looks awesome 😍 The design and the machining looks great of this RTA just the post screws look a bit tiny
The modder contacted me before the atty arrived and said that there had been an issue with the cleaning process but had only come to light after the first batch were dispatched, he was very apologetic and being honest, every atty should be washed before we use it, mass produced or small mod runs :) Post screws are fine, he could have made it a two post deck and made the screws bigger, personally I like the 4 post design, it is a fair trade off for me.

Thank you for repeating something that I already mentioned.
You know you're my fav :p
Simple...I like that. Thanks for a great introduction to this RTA.
Yeah an mtl RTA its a stunner too. Thanks for the review

I love the look of this RTA and for a purpose built MTL RTA I definitely think I want one.

The upgrade I would perhaps like to see is something that keeps the dome in the correct place, perhaps something similar to the Dvarw FL.

Yeah Milton's, what they use for sterilising babies bottles. Or sometimes use the tablets you get for cleaning false teeth and drop one in.
Great review mark. This looks like a good mtl tank. I like titanium for it's lightweight properties. Much lighter than SS. Thanks for the review.
Shit, we weighed it in the unboxing but I never mentioned it in the review, d'oh!!
Great review sir.. Thank you much.. Hey when we doing to get another drone video?
Once the summer arrives ☺️
@Todds Reviews myself and I'm sure others are looking forward to it.

The looks of this RTA reminds me of an OG Skyline with half tank.
I could rhyme off about 50 tanks it looks like from back in the day, nice clean classic styling 😎
what liquid is suitable in this atty??
Great review Mark
Dicodes Dani 22mm titanium mod and you are really doing a aerospace PV.
it looks good but wasted space of that titanum mass that should have been for more juice capacity and refilling it at the bottom duh...

They have two RDA’s; Antiquity and Floyd.
@@journeyproud Great, thanks!
