I like how these skewers turned out Sal. I have some thighs in the fridge and I may try something like this. My Dad is a Korean War Veteran and at 90 he still enjoys a beer....maybe even this beer! That little hibachi teaches us to be patient. I like that too! Another delicious video Bud!! Cheers and y'all have a great weekend!
I still like that weird little grill- it gets stuff nice and toasty eventually! I just made satay curry for us tonight, only in the pressure cooker though. Nice idea using the red curry paste, cheers! 🍻
Your chicken satay was magnificent! Loved the marinade and your sauce was spot-on. Good to see you are getting your money's worth on that tiny grill, good to go! Excellent recipe and cook; delicious!
Thats dag blame regular folks approved. That peanut sauce looks bomb to pair with that chicken. Outstanding cook my mans. Im betting the beer is some hops and barley LOL. Appreciate the shout out !
That looks absolutely banging!!! If you can find it; "Jimmys Sate Sauce" is utterly superb...Basically just mix a Tbsp of that with two Tbsp of Peanut Butter and some Coconut Milk in a saucepan and heat gently until amalgamated.....The BEST Peanut Sauce!!! It also makes a really good marinade (Obviously cold and not heated...) for pretty much anything...Chicken, Pork, Prawns, Beef, Veggies which are then either grilled over charcoal or seared on the flat top. Thank You for another great video and beer insight.
Sure wish that I could use a tiny lil' grill, but the weather has been so wonky this Summer that it'd take me over a month to try grilling these amazing looking morsels of deliciousness. But in all reality, they look like what I wish was for dinner this evening!
