Hans has no reason to because he can hope Andrey messes up while low on time. And Andrey knows that Hans will reject any draw offer from him for the same reason

The style he usually strives for and that his own style has probably mostly been compared to is that of Karpov. Very positional, slowly improving, not taking many risks, punishing opponents for mistakes, making it hard for them to find good moves. As an example, here is what Magnus said of Esipenko after their World Cup 2021 match: "Looking at his games, preparing, I was almost stunned at his ability to just outplay people in an almost purely positional way with pressure".

Sorry to say but this game was stretched too long unnecessary. Keeping in mind both strong GM's , they should have agreed with each other for a draw long ago.

And he should have taken the pawn (bxc5) at 12:37 to enable his rook check later.
And then he could have kicked the bishop out of the way of his pawn/king so many times in the endgame.
