Rather than buy a whole new door jam just put a couple of screws in the broken part and apply the and mould it to the door jam. When dried, drill the hole for the dead bolt and for the door latch

What's the point of putting a motor in it you cant get in it, it doesn't have working suspension or brakes either. It's a display model, making a fully functional scale replica involves a hell of a lot more time and expense.
