Project Man will have it full of lawnmowers before the end of the week 😂😂😂
haha, he won't lol
Martin will wake up and Jimmy will have it full of car parts getting painted...
MAKE A VID OF PUTTING BACK IN THE BOX 🤣🤣
Just a tip from my marquee installing days, never walk on the "canvas" you can puncture your booth if there's something under it. For the use round the front I'd get some mats or carpet to put between the stones and the base, maybe 2 layers for when really heavy stuff goes in like the beamer. Take care and stay safe, Mike.
I've seen videos of this before and one issue another reviewer came up with was the power. Can you run it through a UPS / battery back up? My concern would be if there was a powercut (albeit quite rare in the UK), or fuse tripped inside the house etc - it would deflate and land on your newly painted panels. Having a battery backup, even if it ran it for 5 minutes, would give you time to restore power or think of a plan B.
Just have a 240v petrol generator stood next to the fans if you were worried about power cuts
When your not spraying car parts etc, Load your spray gun with spay tan. You could do twenty people at a a time easy!
Cheers Martin you have gave me a brilliant idea when I respray my st220 I can buy one of those so it saves getting my workshop dirty and its a good idea to spray the bmw in there and when u are fixing cars u can go in there so u don't get cold u could go in the there in the winter u can also fix ur mondeo st220 in there to get rid of that heavy droning noise project man better not have it full of lawnmowers by next Friday if he wants to fill it up with lawnmowers he can buy his own one better than the log cabin getting all dusty
Poly tunnel r.i .p. lol .....
Can’t wait for the inflatable wife is it any good video
I laughed when I saw the thumbnail. But that is very impressive .
Looks very good value for money. Pay for itself on a couple of projects.
And the fact you can pack it away after use.
Well bought Martin.
Knowing my luck, i'd get a power cut while using it haha.
Thank you for actually explaining how the ventilation system works. I was wondering how. Thanks for the video. Great description
Martin just one thing comes to mind you need to keep an eye on your dogs they might bite your spray boot ? Thank you for sharing watching your South Africa
Martin, This is something I have looked at many times buying one of the inflatable paint booth. TBH I was never 100% sure they would stay up or the fans were good enough.
But after seeing the one you have tested I think It‘s something I would buy. Great review and thanks for posting. All the best to the family. Cheers Dave
Cheers Dave, hope you are doing well bud.
Neighbours will love you 100 dB for 4 hour.{ Lincolnshire man shot with 12 bore in noise dispute by next door neighbour}.
Its very quiet
just for pure entertainment please please Martin record yourself repacking that lot the 1st time,,,😂
how strong is the flooring ??,as suggested below some extra flooring like those school mats would be ideal this booth sure is going to be a very useful bit of kit,
anyway thankyou Martin,,have a good week,👍👍
its hard enough putting a pump up pool away good luck with that lol
Well if you run out of spraying jobs you could go into the bouncy castle business!! Also if you get into trouble with the missus you’ve got somewhere to sleep! Good luck to you and all your endeavours your videos are always informative and entertaining
also great for the kids to have a sleepover ! My son is looking for something to do cars, but with this having to have the fans on all the time will turn out expensive as our leci tariff will be 82p instead of 15p. Love your videos keep it up hi from Wales
Now that is brilliant, like you said can be used for anything you want ! Garden parties all year round 🤣🍺🍻🍺🍻
Looks like a good bit of kit, and decent space for the money, but I think it will get old quick, getting it out and putting it away all the time will become tedious, especially if it’s raining and windy. Before you know it you’ll be back painting in the log cabin. Looking forward to to seeing some videos and how it holds up.
You have got to stop showing me things like this !! Everytime I think I have everything I need you go and show me something else 😮 ... Another great informative video 👍
good lord that's fuggen nice, wow! great idea as when you are not inpaint stage you can deflate and set it in a small shed.. I'd build a small shed just for that.. you should be able to build a one way box for the air pressure so air goes in, fills it up, you can shut the fans off... yup, its all air tight so long as the air cannot back out it stays pumped up.. put a pressure sensor on the high pressure end to lick on the fans on if it gets beneath a desired fill pressure.. prolly want better filters and fan set up but so easy to add... ncie unit
Fantastic piece of kit Martin. Now you just have to figure out how to keep Gary & jimmy out of it 😂😂
What happens if you live in a block of flats lol
nice booth martin, but nothing ever fits back in the bag it came out of, looking forward to seeing the beemer in there for a spray job.
Don't leave it up Mart you'll have a family of 5 living in that by Monday morning 😁😁
Tidy bit of kit martin reasonably priced to be good seeing the bmw getting painted in there loads of room.
Seen this a week ago or more on Paint Society channel and this appears to be exactly the same inflatable booth.
I own the same booth i would highly recommend it cheers from canada
That is a serious bit of kit Martin. Kick Bert out of the tunnel
much cheaper.
Could this be used for car detailing and car wrapping?
Hi Martin.
The booth looks a impressive bit of kit . One thing which would be a concern is if you had a power cut. And it deflates over your newly painted car or items you have painted
That looks fabulous! and if the fans don't work you could blow it up manually in about 3 days lol. I hope the neighbours don't complain about the fan noise :)
Its very quiet.
If it's warmer in there in the winter you could live in there it's that big lol
Great but of kit. I would say that zip was left undone so the manufacturer could pack it ? Great videos too 👍👍👍👍👍
Yes, I think so too.
Hey there!
Would love to know your opinion on how loud the fans are?? I am considering one of these also, but would need it to stay inflated for a few days, do you think with the fans that’s realistic?? Or would it be a disturbance to the neighbourhood?
I did a decibel test in one of these videos.
You know it’s not water tight right ? You can only use it on sunny days..
Beautiful bit of kit that Martin. No more flies and bugs landing in the paint. Good value for money too
Are there filters on the fans to prevent dust from getting blown into the room?
Brilliant Martin. All you need now is a lift for your driveway.
wish you were waring a star trek outfit or thunderbirds lol nice one
You could fit a truck in that MASSIVE 👍
I would like to see it deflated and put back in the bag. That for me would be stopping me from buying one of these, getting it folded and put back in the storgae bag.
we don't put it back in the storage bag.
Great bit of kit, Looking forward to seeing your 1st paint job in the booth 👍🏻
Be nice for camping..LOVELY
That’s pretty damn cool, look forward to seeing how it goes 👍
Very impressed with that Martin 😊 and like you say you could use it for other things ,you could even have a table tennis table in there when your not spraying car panels etc !👍
Looks mint. What a space for the money. Imagine the face of the Welsh campsite owner when I rock up with one of these.
lol
great that isnt it as you said it could be used for any outdoor event,
Well impressed with that Martin 💯💯👍👍
Next video, getting it back in the bag.😂😂😂😂
Hey mate, just wondering if that internal wall would be able to be cut out with a Stanley knife??
Not sure.
Your neighbours must love you mate with all the noise coming from your garden i bought a hot tub but i don't use the pump for the bubbles cos of the noise incase people have a moan lol
I don't make much noise. Been here 22 years with no problems.
garry wil have mowers in there in no time.😁😁😁
Very cool, looks little bit like as a space station.😊
Brilliant idea. Looking forward to seeing some spray work done in it
Just a question about neighbours and the council Martin. I’m guessing you are in a residential designated area. Do you get problems with the neighbours or council about noise either from lawnmower repair or now with this which is pretty noisy and would be a constant noise for at least three hours as you mention? I know here in Austria you can use power things such as leaf blowers, chainsaws , lawnmowers and such except on a Sunday where they are not allowed so as to create one peaceful day in the week which I think is a good thing, other than that there is no limit other than not past 6pm which again I think is reasonable.
Knowing your a reasonable person I can’t imagine your neighbours having an issue but I do wonder about the council as they do enjoy poking their noses in!
That is a very impressive booth, can you replace the plastic windows as well as I would imagine they would soon get coated in overspray.
It will be fun watching projects being done it there!
I've never had any problems in 22 years Ian, you just got to be considerate.
@@retrorestore I thought so Martin and knew it would be in your case. When your considerate then people don’t mind at all! I have a feeling as well that if something happens to your neighbours you and Sharon are the first ones to jump in and lend a hand!
Looks great Mart, hopefully serve you and jimmy well, good luck getting it back in the bag though, think you'll be passing on that bit 👍
i'll do a vid on that too.
Just one word Martin, WOW!!
Make a video of You putting it back in the bag 😂
I thought Jimmy had a workshop?
What a lot of space for the money, clean and productive, great buy Martin, enjoy it! :D
Thanks 👍
Brilliant idea Martin that would make a great makeshifts cover port for doing clutches breaks Ect
Yes it has many uses William.
That's huge you could live in it
Looks very impressive Martin, strong and durable and like others have said could be used for other functions too! 👍
Absolutely
Are you still using this ? , what your review on this now , thanks in advance
We used it last week, Still the same.
Wowzer thats good .All the best to you all.
I’m quite impressed with that Martin. It’s good value especially for the amount of space and the blowers aren’t too noisy either. Do you think you would need to cover the clear sections with sugar soap and clear plastic for overspray? Time will tell I guess hopefully there’s a decent draw on the extraction so the booth clears reasonably quickly. Looking forward to see how you get on.
Its got to be better than what I have been doing Michael.
I'd happily live in that Martin ! 🤣
Great bit of kit, mind you went to look at getting a smaller one and they are ALL sold out so must presume your review did the trick 😀 Must admit I'd have like to have seen you deflate it and put it back in the box 😁 dam things never go back in the box/bag they come out of 🤣
Nice bit of kit Martin carn`t wait to see it in action
Great Pickup Martin. You will find heaps to do with that mate. Handy tip though, as my friends bought something similar for a portable site workshop, is make sure its stored, even short term in something Moisture and rodent proof. Enjoy guys and we need a video of the paint booth christening party.
Looks very decent a nice size for working in a great price for what it is as well .
Absolutely
Very impressive Martin looking forward to the first spray job in it, put locks on mind or #Projectman will have it filled with lawn mowers🤣🤣
Awesome review Brother, the best one yet
Oh my fecking god.... I absolutely would love one of these but unfortunately have no where to use it ie space otherwise I'd have bought one years ago.. only downside iv heard is that occasionally these can trip a fuse especially if you got compressor and heat lamps running at same time which if it does can come down on the nice fresh paint job... loving your videos Martin also started watching butlers empire never new an air fryer was so versatile.. but this booth is a game changer can't wait to see the jobs coming out that. A+++
Keep an eye out for those Power cuts 😬
Ordered mine just like to say thanks for the discount code cheers Jason
Nice one Jason. they are great bit of kit.
looks great martin. You must have good neighbors. Have you worked out the hourly electric cost for running.
When lee sees that you might find him camping in your garden.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m really impressed with that! And I’ve only seen your video, I bet it’s even better in person! It will be ideal when I do my car eventually. Nice!
looks very good martin
Try and avoid walking on the material Martin, it WILL get punctured eventually if you do. It would also help to have a prepared smooth surface to place it on and something like rubber matting to stop vehicles damaging the floor area. Extra expense but we'll worth it to prolong the booth's life.
I thought you meant spray tan 🤣
Very very impressed mart what a tool to add to the infantry, I was looking thinking £1200. That is a bargain imagine next to the house at the bottom on the left (no mans land) bit so to drive in from the drive, good review bud looking forward to seeing you work in it
Hi Martin have the spray booths been discontinued?
I don't know bud, sorry.
Cracking review and a bargain.
I may get one maybe not that size tho
Looks a right buity mate would you be able to fit a long wheel based high top transit inside it mate
That is mint Martin fantastic bit of kit. Good luck getting it back in the bag. I struggle getting my campervan awinng back in its ba6🤣🤣
Are you going to reinforce the floor sheet in any way? I suspect that it will be very susceptible to damage when driving in , especially if its laid onto stony or gravelly surface. Maybe use some old carpet or similar?
Now that is impressive........and so huge. You could paint Concorde in there!
That looks well made and up for the job. Carn't wait for the first video of you working in it. Top review and vid Martin.
Wonderful review
Very impressive. 😃👍
Paint society on here just done a Paint job in one and for a budget booth it done very well very little amount of debris got in to the Paint. But they did get caught in a small shower and it did let water in but then you ain't going to use the air pumps in the rain anyway. If you are going to set it up in the drive I would look at putting some padeyes on the wall so the guide rope goes up rather than down so should you shut the pump off the tent cant drop on the fresh Paint.
Now that is sharp
that's ideal man ,just pick your weather widow for full car resprays ,also those zips that were undone they needed to be like that to let it deflate and fold into the box ,so it was not a mistake ,all in all it will pay itself after a couple of full paint jobs winner winner
That’s really cool! I’ve seen them on the Chinese websites but didn’t think they were that good to be honest but yours looks really good for the money!
Excellent review, really looking forward to seeing a car painted in it. See how quickly mist clears etc cheers
If it floats Do a few trips from France in it mart you'll soon get your money back 😉
