For the under-the-door options, that push the feet together, how about using two sheets or two straps, or tie four knots in the sheet, to form two loops at the appropriate separation.
that Nordic bench looks like pretty good value, thinking about picking it up as well since I get a bench out of it at the same time 😅. the fact that it is multi-use equipment, kept pretty affordable and ddoesn't take some kind of elaborate setup is really underrated. as someone who has done many cheap improvised versions of exercises in the past, technically they work, but if its a hassle to get the setup right you just never find yourself wanting to do the exercise so it's harder and less motivating to stick with it. not to mention when you do do it, it just doesn't feel as optimal. thanks for the options

I use a large kettlebell, where the band goes through the handle. Moreover, I scale the movement with a rubber band from pullup bar.
