Worked for me...Used tweezers , Copper wires, Screw driver and used the approach...Not sure what worked but the password screen is gone..Thank you so much
Hi sr. I just like to say thank you, I was having problem to memorize the password but I was enable to change it. I found your video and just follow the instructions step by step (a little bit scared) but guess what? I made it! Thank you so much
Thank you 🙂 my friend had set a password but couldn't remember his password. I had to remove the cover of the processor to get JPW to be able to put head of screw driver head to do it.
Also works on C55D-B5308, thanks. Jumper is in similar but not the same location, to the left of the CPU. Had to do it about three times before it worked.
Genuine Comment. Had a Toshiba here with the BIOS Password and I stumbled upon your video. Honestly I thought this is not going to work as I've never done it but it worked wonders and I'm back on the desktop. Question: Does the JPW jumpers appear in every motherboard? I mean, would the JPW jumpers be called different in different motherboards? Thanks again for your help. Gave you a like and a sub.
I did what you said it worked until I put the hard drive back in the computer and it was a hard drive password now how do you reset that hard drive password
@@phonetricksphones5361 From what I see you have to fine the x-500 or 500 little pin or what ever you want to call them. Watch a few videos and moolah.
I took my disk drive out and what ever he said, and shorted it out with the battery out , I think my was B500 ,it took a few times . I had to try different things end tell I had a good connection. but it work for me.
Hello ... Thanks for the helpful explanation ... I have a Toshiba Satellite A75-S2112 laptop when I plug in the charger only the yellow lamp turns on and off does not work? Thank you ..... Translation by Google
After reboot and select proper boot device, I put the hard driveback in , all screw's, bottom cover, then hard reset on power button. After all this your toshiba laptop is going to show a time and date set up, and other options, I decided to skip all of it then hit exit is going to asked you if you want to save it yes or no, your choice then hit enter. Now it will bring you back to normal, back to your main screen just like how you had it set up before the master password.
Hello I been working on my laptop it's a Toshiba Satellite S955-o2c window 8 and the problem is bio's locked out. I try shorting and hard drive out chip out battery out plugged in and tryed to jump. I been at this for 2 hour's and what i'am jumping is B 500.oh it keeps going to enter password something times before that it says enter date and time but I hit F2 and it just goes back to enter password. I don't know what i'am doing.

HI Sir! Thank you so much for your help! This solution has worked but It has taken me to another issue. Now it is asking for the HDD / Sdd password. As troubleshooting I retrieved the hard drive and I could enter to the bios setting but when I try to disable the HDD password it's not possible because not recognize any device as it should be. Any help O workaround to bypass this issue would be highly appreciated. Thanks again.
Hi good video, I have a problem with my pc, it is Toshiba Satellite c660 2D6 and I would like you to show me, the position of the japw of this one, please 🙏🙏🙏 I am suffering for months to unlock it.
Skydive Driver You should hold on the jumper at least 20 seconds once you turn on the pc. After that the pc should turn off itself. After that you put in the RAM. I hope it works without the HDD password issue that rose after I did what I explained above. Regards.
