Something in me cracks whenever I watch this video and the tears won't stop coming out. Not sure if it's because I was born and raised Catholic but it really gets to me seeing the faithful on their knees just to see Guadalupe.

If unbelievers can take it on board then they would have to agree that it is a supernatural event...which must come from God. Why do you believe in this? How does an apparition claiming to be higher than God (I am the mother of God) glorify God? I'm not trying to start a fight, I am trying to understand how this legend fits in with the rest of Gods story.
She is not higher than God. Sweet Mary is so humble she would be the very first one to deny that. All she wants is to guide us to her most beloved Son. To glorify God. She is one of the first evangelists. Probably the first. And everything she does is for God.
