Hes like a combination of Basegetas strong ki blast nuetral, and cells stable blockstring mix, with a strong nuetral option that leads to mix and a fast command grab. He also has a better time traversing the screen than either of them. Its a shame his mid screen conversions take so much execution to turn into good damage but basegeta has the same issue
Because he's still a relatively strong character. If you play him right he can still dog walk 80% of the cast. It's only when you go up againts absolute top tiers that you feel completely outmatched
