I’m 6’2” and 275 pounds, so I have a bit of difficulty but this is crazy. I can only imagine what it’ll be like once I get as big as some of these guys.

i think doing flexibility exercise is as important as building muscle. you dont want your muscle as stiff as a freakin uncook spaghetti.
I thought the same but i doubt it would change much in these cases. Muscle bellies grew over the joints
They are not stiff. There is just mass in the way. It looks stiffer than they are. The movement gets dampened in the process. The first bit goes normal then you get muscle against muscle. Then you really have to press even harder but while using more effort you also flex more muscle that push back.
Most of these guys are strongman and part of strongman is mobility/flexibility
Mobility + flexibility = functionality

@@LeviAckerman57551 they train for specifically for strength and tend to have a lot fat mass and most are given genetically exceptionally large frames as you see in this video. 3 to 4 guys you see in this video are strongmen.

Height is not good distinction between a strongman and a bodybuilder lol.
It's really quite simple. Bodybuilders train for muscle size and syrongmen train for strength

I think the ideal vehicle for Olivier Richters would be a Jeep Wrangler or a Jeep Gladiator...but one of the versions with a removable roof. I measure almost 6.5 Feet (1.98 Meters) and I know very well how difficult it can be to live like this. Although I recognize that it also has its advantages...

Im nowhere near as muscular as any of these guys but Im still a big guy at 6'4 330+. I have trouble getting into some cars & Ive been on airplanes that I couldnt stand straight up in. Both are due to height issues not mass. I too wouldnt be able to get tape off the center my back but I can at least change my clothes without assistance though.
