As a man who used to workout in the gym everyday in high school, girls would occasionally check me out, but I love it when men boast each other while working out, military mindset is the best.
@hardstyle905 So girls are attracted to men who look like a twig? I will say muscles doesn't mean you can fight or possess other skills, but certain workouts like calisthenics is actually useful. But TBH I rather learn how to box & put some time in the shooting range for self defense. Boxing and shooting range is what I will be doing to train myself.

I am not anywhere close to a powerlifter, but something I see people that are squatting doing is looking straight ahead. I look the direction I am going, I pick a spot above the mirrors and look at. I think this really helps.
