Well to be fair, a lot of changes are actually just reverts of past changes, the only difference here is that these specific Aatrox nerfs happened recently enough that we still remember them.

In my experience this only matters in the kayle/kennen matchup, where they get movespeed buffs and just walk away from it.
Today i had a darius match-up and at exactly 3:24 i was thinking how u should watch more carefully to learn how to play vs darius and then he flash- missed his q and then i gave up cuz i guess sometimes ppl in high elo are worse than golds
He sidestepped on the last second, low elo dont pay attention to micro
Fuckups in higher elo are the exception, not the rule. Planning about how to play every matchup is still probably the best way to do things.

Yeah its pretty bad that the darius kept losing the 1v1s after all those advantages. If aatrox was a super hard match up for darius it would be understandable but they are pretty even lol
honestly i think Aatrox has it better. He has huge range advantage over the enemy (he is like, pseudomelee like GP) and Darius has no dashes and have a hard time dodging qs, the only way he can outplay Aatrox is by burning ghost flash sums and bruteforce him with passive 5 stacks and ult, and even then, Aatrox can easily disengage with dash and ult movement speed
the matchup just basically boils down to "can you kite him away long enough for his passive to fall off?"
