Kya isme wife ko son ka koye opportunity nhi diya gaya... isme aur ek point m add karunga... Ki eha husband ko bound kiya ja raha h law k dawra ki wo kahi sadi nhi paye... Madam mywife is demanding property in her name before filing DV case on me and since last 9 months during this case I was not allowed to meet my kids I tried my best from my side to sort this issue but she didnt relied to me and not even video call done by my wife to talk to my kids as my calls are blocked by her. can these two points be treated as mental cruelty on husband done by wife and on this can I file sec 10 petition will I get relief in the same and for divorce if required in future. (Interim maintenance is not yet started). During next hearing I am filing application for visitation rights. Please reply

Sir, if a notice/summon comes from husbd under Sec.13(1)(D) HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955, then can it happen? Is there any section like 13(1)(D)? If it is 13(1)(A), then now, how can we obtain the Copy of husbd's Petition.? ... Can wife demand electronic-copy of Petition by attaching the copy of the Summon/notice in an email to the Court-Registrar or District Legal Service authority ?
