mam i think... minimum time for creating ground , according to section 13 (1)(ib) of The Hindu marriage act,1955 on basis of RCR ( Restitution of conjugal rights) is two years..not one year.

It's one year it has been substituted by Marriage Law Amendments Act, 1976. Prior to this amendment it was two years.

Mam, at 9.30 mins while explaining Bigamy, before commencement of the act husband has married another woman where his first wife is also alive in that case you said after commencement of that act wife can take divorse on the grounds of Bigamy. is this correct ?
