Lighthouses by Lerro Photography

This is a 15 year compilation of video clips and photos that I have taken while traveling across America shooting lighthouses. To go along with my personal photography, I also organize lighthouse photography trips.
Lerro Productions lighthouse photography tours and workshops are organized for small groups of photographers who are serious about traveling to hard to reach lighthouses as well as photography lighthouses in optimum lighting conditions at both day and night. We routinely charter private boats and aircraft as well as obtain special use permits in order to stay after hours or access restricted areas. We also utilize actors and props in order to enhance our scenes.
During the trip, the participants learn how to photograph lighthouses in all different kinds of situations and lighting conditions both day and at night. During our night sessions, the photographers learn how to utilize the light from the moon and stars as well as use a mix of fill flash.
Group critiques are also regularly conducted throughout the trip so that participants can view each other’s work and discuss how they might improve their photographic techniques.
