Dumbbell Shoulder Exercises (YOU NEED TO BE DOING!!)

Поділитися
Вставка
  • Опубліковано 16 січ 2020
  • Alright, last night I went through some shoulder exercises but more importantly different ways to transform the exercises you already do.
There are a ton more variations and movements that can be done with dumbbells alone so there are definitely more videos on the way.
Also let me know what "weird" variations you do for shoulders and any video requests in the comments below!

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

one thing that people gotta realise rather... quick, but not really is that a lot of these moves are not really flattering. a lot of generic movements will give you gains, but then you will hit a wall, you will do movements and nothing is happening. you will do other excersizes and nothing is happening. and then you just gotta realise that experimenting is the key. some might seem like excperiments, but it will sound great after you get more experience. oh lifting those weights above your shoulders isnt doing any gains? how about getting some dumbbells that are gonna be probably 5x lighter but you can atleast test what muscle does what and at what position. that sort of thinking is going to help you out in the long run.

Now compared to what anybody else is saying, I appreciate very much what you're showing in a way of how to build up and workout, I'm 63 and my biggest issues in a way of muscle gain is knowing the correct way of working out what type of weight to use to not only build but what type of weight to use to build strength and muscle, and then of course I do a lot of setups but unfortunately I've got bad eating habits in a way of having a sweet tooth, but I'm finding the workout is helping me with my shoulders the width my arms I do feel stronger and my girlfriend has already given me several compliments so thank you very much , thank you for your time and what you're putting out there for us to see

Ryan, every time I think I found THE best fitness channel, I am shocked to find one better. In my opinion, there will not be another time. It's obvious to see what you know what you're doing. You don't talk down to people, you don't burn people's eardrums out with foul language. You simply spell it out all in plain English that anyone can understand, in a calm, straightforward manner. In short, I'll use a word I don't usually use: You are awesome. In my opinion THE best trainer I've seen on UA-cam.

This guy strikes a really good balance with his timings. His explanations aren't overblown with pointless jargon, but not so swift as to leave you clueless as to what the exercise is about.

Ryan, You speak so much truth and show by example. I have been in training, as a way of life, for almost 50 years now. I must be doing something right in my methods which you do similarly.
And everyone I meet thinks I am 15 to 20 years younger. Resistance training IS a healthful way of life and will extend your life. No, I won't reveal how old I am at this time. Keep up the great vids.
