I just modded mine yesterday. Governor delete, new carb, new exaust, flywheel, valve springs, sprocket. Id never done that deep of work on a bike before. I was nervous but i was successful. I was hoping for 40mph i got 36. Im also a 350 lb grown man though 😂. I have a few more mods ill probably do like the torque converter. And hopefully i can hit my goal of 40 mph. Learned how to do the governor delete from a channel called black66. He has a series on this exact bike.
Im just happy that engine is back together i hope i never have to open the internals again. At some point I'll have spent so much on mods it may have just been better to buy a larger cc engine. But hey mods are cooler and im learning.
you just convinced me to buy it, thanks for the review it was very honest and genuine. Keep up the videos bro (more like this) and I promise your channel will pick up some day.
You want to get this thing going. I had a leftover i bought 10 years ago for my son. Hf 212 nodded. 30 series torque converter. 36t rear sprocket. I call it the wheelie popper. If you lean on the front I can get 43mph. Fairly quick mind you. She's screaming. But a blast. I would definitely recommend the brake caliper upgrade.
Personally when I got mine it was perfect lmao. The thing I like about these bikes is that there is so much to mod. I’m getting a go Powersports rear suspension kit tho because that no rear suspension is rough.
I used to own one of these but in the earlier model with the camo color scheme. What I like are that the mods are cheap and easy to do yourself. Bike will double in speed by doing a gov delete. Glad to see that they finally come with a decent brake on it compared to the single rear drum brake mine had!
i got the rsv coleman and thought about making a street bike with one of these. but i absolutely love the rsv i can take it anywhere and it will ride no problem the torque convertor really opens the bike up a lot when going up hills but i love both of them my brother has the one you have and its still a good bike and with a straight pipe it shoots flames lmao
I can tell you that for someone weighing 300 pounds it rips! It might be governed at 23mph but it rockets to full speed in no time. Haven't modded mine yet, probably a good idea to ride it for a bit and break it in before taking governor off.
Not all of this style bike are the same. Depends on the company you get it from. I had the Monster Moto the one that started this style bike and all I did was back out the throttle limiter screw on the carb and me being 230lbs at the time my top speed was 45mph on paved flat ground.
Great video man .. got mine today $599.. from TSC seems a bit underpowered gonna look into the throttle limiter screw when it warms up a bit currently 12 outside.. and as far as these sitting outside they shouldn't I bought one previous to the one I exchanged today for dipstick was loose it collected water over the seasons turned cold out froze inside the engine didnt know till I added the oil rope was stuck waited a bit wasn't stuck anymore didnt pull right either they stood behind it and did an exchange
I saw reviews on the 100 cc and it was bad at hill climbing. With a bigger engine how does it do. I may shop for more of a trail bike motorcycle. I would mostly be riding on trails in the woods. Thanks for the vid.
The older version from 2019, the Coleman CT200, is somewhat better, it has a longer seat that can comfortably hold 2 average adults, and it has front and back racks, what Coleman should have done is keep that model and added a front light and added back pegs for a passenger
just btw, the "air filter" you burned your leg on is actually the muffler. love the video, i have this bike but in camo, im currently upgrading it like crazy
amazon wont ship these to california anymore and i couldnt figure out why, but it might be that it uses a lawnmower engine. can get other mini motorcycles with standard engines, but not these, which is a shame because they look like a lot of fun.
I just bought one for my son and we went to ride it and chain fell off and am missing a piece not sure the piece tho. I'm wondering if you can help me and tell me the pieces you need for the front axel of chain .
They are well worth it but plan on having a few hundred extra bucks to keep it maintained and it's a good bike! The headlight is a safety feature mostly to bee seen also they are low geared not just meant to be on a smooth road at high speed and you have to know how to handle it!
I am thinking about asking for one for Christmas, but there’s a lot of different versions so if you could give me some help, I would very much appreciate it
@THERECORDCOLLECTOR85 I do recommend the mini bike I reviewed in this video. Or you could get a ttr 125 used for abt the same price just used and older. Good luck and I hope you find something nice!
Its a tank on the trails and pretty durable. Got me out and back in tough desert terrain ok. I even got mine registered with an off road license plate in AZ no problem. ua-cam.com/video/D47d6vd1GAk/v-deo.html
You can modify this alot including muffler exhaust chain rotation to add a smaller rear sprocket also you might not burn on your leg with a mod pipe. These are low geared not made to hold wide open!
@philliplopez8745 i had a helmet on. Only way to record riding it. Also don't worry 20 mph Is really slow. I ride my dirtbike 50+ flying jumps and I am a very good rider.
These mini bikes take me back to my childhood.

lol I’m 240 and 43 and I want to tinker and drive one never could as a kid we were poor
how fast did u go stock? or even with gov delete?
If you want to go faster get a 30 series torque converter and you can get to around 40 mph
Any other parts you recommend

that thing nice I had a OG Colman CT200U mini bike I used to ride when I was younger they pretty fun to ride

Coleman does not make junk. Perfect ride for a farm or acreage. Be careful riding or bumps or dips. You may burn your leg if it lands on you. Yow!!!

@jayjenkins6021 don't get these bikes for trails since their bad at that. Get a ttr or crf dirtbike

got the b100 for my 9 year old. It's awesome and always starts.
Looks like a lot of fun for the money .
Also drop the original 50 tooth sprocket for a 42 tooth sprocket! You'll be surprised! and take the governor screw out after 300 plus miles
Reminds me of the " Thule trooper " a machine much better then the " tote goat "
Good review, thanks.

Tractor supply will ship them in cali

thanks for sharing brother!
What is your opinion on the 2006 Yamaha TTR125?
@KingCobraGuy any ttr 125 is good but I really recommend the estart version
I ended up putting a predator ghost and some ape 12" handlebars
I have something to say buy it unassembled it’s fun to put on the parts that’s why his fender was crooked

The air filter burned your leg… boy this is why you have to be educated before you buy one of these things read the manual

I think that you should dress properly and wear a helmet , at twenty miles an hour your head weighs a hundred plus pounds when it hits the pavement.
