Quinn has been counting the days until he got a second crack at being the HC. He has surrounded himself with his guys; guys he trusts and knows. Player acquisition is following a similar trend. What QBs have games similar to Matty Ice in this years draft? Maye and McCarthy. 2nd overall might be a bit rich for McCarthy, which is one reason I'm leaning Maye. Maye is often comped to Justin Herbert, but I believe Quinn sees this kid as a bigger, faster, stronger armed Matt Ryan. Its' the reason at Maye's pro day, he looked like someone had just handed him the keys to a brand new Ford Raptor. Peters, of course has the final call, but he and Quinn have been on one accord all offseason. I'm not anti-Daniels, but his play style is nothing like what Quinn has had before. I know the Kingsbury link is a factor in regards to his past association with Murray and Williams, but bottom line, he's not the head coach.
