G Pile System - World's Only Silent Piling System

- Australasian Piling Company has introduced the worlds first silent and vibration free Piling System to Australia. Called the G-Pile.
The hydraulic grips silently push the pre-cast pile into the ground against the dead weight of the piling machine (between 120-600 tonnes). There is no vibration as the pre cast pile is constantly injected into the ground. When the static load has been reach the system holds the pressure for 30 seconds. The machine then walks off the pile, leaving no waste, this is very handy for contaminated soil sites.
The system has worked next to Casino's, Hospitals, Historic Housing, Airports and High Density Living Apartments without complaint or stoppage to work. The G-Pile has even worked 24 hour shifts at an airport.

I have been driving pile for 30+ yrs and the best thing about the job is that we are the first crew on a job and there aren't many of us left. Pile-driver's are known to be some of the craziest people on a job. I would not trade my job for anything. And as for the noise, that's the one thing I love the most!!!
Love the intro music, just made me want to get up and start dancing!!!
Great 👍 good very good 👌
What is the cost breakdown compared to driven pile or drilled pile? I feel to have an operation this massive the site would need to be solely occupied by the g pile people. No other work could begin until the g piles were installed.
Also, if your pushing bearing piles into the ground. Many times this is done when the excavation is complete. How well does this system deal with pushing piles in tight areas?
i want to knows about g-pile working and errection system .
pretty cool.
silent piling is very much interesting. wants to study more.
If only the construction crew 1 street south of my house would use this, I wouldn't be woken up at sunrise on random days for months.
can this sheet piling system be used as a type of deep support system? (similar to contiguous and secant piling methods)
The technology was developed in Malaysia in the mid-90s.
@horhe121 the maximum depth is technical unlimited but as a rule of thumb, 60M. The maximum width of the pile is 600x600mm to a safe working load of 350T. For more information please email Michael Vadasz at mikev@gpile.com.au. Cheers, Ben.
great technical, but limit to small space working area.
The only problem for this method is bigger space required compare with hydraulic driven and required a good working platform for the rig.
Have you worked with Giken system before? If you did, I would like to ask you a few questions. Please email me.
why arnt they using them any more??? the piles failed thats why...
@belle160695 Hi Belle, I have not heard of the piles failing, which project? China? I saw you other comments from your channel, funny comments.
Whats wrong with Chinese construction?
displacement piles = earth heaving = neigbouring existing
property damage.
The only displacement is around the pile itself within the pile zone, nothing beyond, what you are thinking of is other types of displacement from other forces.
no noise - no fun. btw: there has never ever been a machine that made "noise" it's Music!
Malays must know how to built their own mosque not just know how to pray in it.
